Ive used this company a few times in the past and service was always decent but this time i left my car with them and on my app i had a notification that my car had been in a slight collision after they parked it. I had all the proof of screenshots when it was parked and when it was dented. On return i found a dent on my bumper that looks like a towbar was reversed into my bumper. They wont take any responsibility for it. Said they will sort it without my insurance getting involved which they never did. Said they have the evidence that it was there already but after asking 4 times via email replies for the evidence to be sent to me which they claim to have i still haven’t gotten it or had a response on that. Its been 4 weeks now and they have not done a thing. They dont reply to emails or do anything when i call them. All they want is that you will hopefully go away. I have now contacted my insurance company to deal with it and claim it off their insurance. I would stay away from them.
