Absolutely fantastic service. On time and fuss free. Card on drop off provided regarding collection instructions. Very streamlined service. Would use again. Naqash was brilliant too.
Perfect service. Nice to use a valet parking and not have to sit for 30-90mins 2aiting for my car. Nakash was especially helpful, as my car has a fault with it.

Rude staff - stay away especially if you are a woman
Rude staff - stay away especially if you are a woman.
This was my 3rd time booking with Sure. While the first two times were ok, the employee who returned my car was incredibly rude and would not return my keys, despite me showing my booking confirmation and driving licence that showed my name. Once I threatened to call the police he returned my keys.
I felt incredibly unsafe and I recommend people to STAY AWAY from this company.

Im a moany person and despite that i have nothing negative to say, great service. Only took 10 minutes to deliver car back at the end.
