Airport Parking and Hotels (APH.com) was founded in 1980 and is the UK’s leading independent pre-booked off-airport car parking provider. Primarily, APH operates park and ride services for air travellers looking for competitive prices and top quality service. In just the same way that park and ride serves busy town centres, so park and ride for airports does likewise; it allows customers to avoid the congestion and confusion of unfamiliar roadways and signage. I have used this company for as many years as I can remember and always had an amazing experience but only now got around to writing a review. From dropping off the keys when you arrive, to a smiling face from the driver, who always helps loading on the luggage, and if the bus gets full for the return from the terminal to the car park they immediately arrange for another coach. On top of this their prices are competitive and you can usually cancel your booking, if you have to, if you book directly on their website. Thank-you APH

First time using APH Gatwick Meet & Greet. The service was helpful, though not very different from booking parking yourself — the main advantage was the cheaper price.
Drop-off and return were smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional.
My only concern is the amendment policy. I booked 6–7 months in advance, but when my flight changed terminal and time, I had to pay an extra £30–£35 to amend the booking. This wasn’t very clear at the time of booking and could be explained better.
Overall, a good service, but clearer communication on amendments would improve the experience

I’ve just returned from a 7-day trip to Spain from London Stansted Airport, where we used the APH Maple Parking Park and Ride facility.
From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. The booking process via the website and MyAPH is very smooth, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Payment is straightforward, and once completed, the booking confirmation and full instructions arrive promptly by email.
On arrival at the car park, everything is well organised. You simply park in a reception bay, unload your luggage, and report to reception—it’s all very easy. When handing over your key, you’re given a barcoded ticket, which acts as both your coach ticket and your vehicle collection ticket, so definitely keep it safe.
The bus transfer to the terminal takes just a few minutes and drops you right at the door. On return, the process is just as seamless—no need to call ahead, as the bus is already waiting in the coach bay for the short journey back to the car park.
Our car was ready and waiting in a departure bay, exactly as we left it—clean and well looked after, even with a paper mat placed in the driver’s seat.
I’ve used this company many times and have always had a consistently positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Poor, wont use again. Early hours return into Bhx with 1 year old baby &6 adults (approx 01:15)
At A1 stop in queue. After a 10 -15 mins wait, a Bus turns up at stop (APH/Airparks).
Told by driver its not 'our bus' and to wait even longer, even though its going to APH/Airparks, same place at Mackadown Lane.
So waited in queue which had now grown even longer and out of shelter approx 15 - 25 persons waiting with cases etc.
A further APH/Airparks bus arrives behind original bus. Original bus leaves, half empty.
Expecting the 2nd bus to come to the front of the bus stand, shelter, stop/queue to allow us to board. But...No it stays where it is and allows all the 'late' arrivals in queue to board first, leaving those in queue first having to board last. Poor customer service. Will not use again

Brilliant company, wonderful service.We stuck in traffic due to an accident and missed the flight. The APH company provided us food and water while we were waiting.Also rescued us from the traffic so we get quite early to the airport.

I always use this company when I park at Gatwick but I never remember to write a review! I am always struck by how courteous the staff are, the bus drivers and the reception staff. The whole experience is easy and efficient. This time my car didn’t start at midnight when we arrived home. This didn’t seem to stress them and I was up and running, with their help, in a couple of minutes. A big thank you 🙏

Having used the amazing APH service at Gatwick a couple of times, I was delighted to find an APH 'meet and greet' service at Heathrow. However, I later discovered APH 's role is as a booking agent for another company, MBW. I won't go into details here, but my car was not delivered to the agreed terminal and the rudeness displayed by the staff to myself and other customers was astounding. Although I am likely to use the APH parking at Gatwick again, this meet and greet with MBW is definitely one to avoid.

The reason I wont waste my breath with you directly is because there are endless bad reviews regarding this company that you have either ignored or told your customer "Its not your responsibility" when a vehicle is damaged or people are verbally abused! We have had good experiences with your company with other airport parking's but arriving to this, I was absolutely gobsmacked! When we arrived at Imagine parking! I truly cant believe you would allow such a bad company to continue operating under your company name with so many disastrous experiences!
If you had any decency or genuine concern for your customer you would have removed IMAGINE PARKING from your parking options, a long time ago.
So do the decent thing and put a stop to this appalling company!

PLEASE! Check Google reviews 1st!
You only have to look at the disgusting sexual gestures the staff make and upload to google! on Google map, click on the company name Imagine parking Liverpool, then look through the images added to the company by Google Maps!
These guys are criminals, they trash your car and say its nothing to do with them!
Then they become verbal aggressive (With us) APH! and use threats of violence if you try questioning them! Over the damage to (Our car) APH

I had a very positive experience with APH. The online booking process was quick, simple, and offered very reasonable prices, which made everything stress-free from the start.
Although the service is outsourced, I found that their subcontractors were consistently professional and maintained a high standard of service throughout. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend APH to anyone looking for a reliable and well-organised service.

Imagine you have been trapped in India due to cancellations on flights for 8 days. You try to contact APH who you have used many times. It’s freezing cold, you can’t find your car in the dark, it’s frozen over. Did you get help from them??
No way mate ny sympathy just pay up for being late. I’ll never use them again

Well done APH Gatwick. We parked up and got the transfer bus, but when we arrived at South terminal my wife realised she had left her handbag (with money and phone) in our car!
I was just going to phone the APH office when the next drop off bus arrived and the driver called the parking lot to arrange for the handbag to be sent on another bus.
Luckily, that all worked out OK and we caught or flight.
So thanks again to all the staff at APH who helped us out that day.

Worst parking company I have dealt with APH
I am lead to believe they have no car parks and are only agents
Be aware of their terms and conditions which are not clear when i booked these we’re not offered to me
I had a problem late on a Friday due to flight being cancelled to Dubai
But couldn’t get in touch with them over the weekend because the customer service is close at weekends
I suggest you book directly with the airport talk about customer service it’s none existent never again

I had broken my ankle whilst on holiday and it had been a long and painful journey back from Portugal. You can imagine my feelings when we collected our car and it wouldn't start. However the staff at APH Manchester could't have neen more helpful, providing a spare battery for our key fob, and then giving us a jump start to get the car going (I was resigned to waiting for the AA to arrive).
All of the APH staff that we met that day were incredibly helpful and I cannot thank them enough.

Very disappointed with the Meet & Greet service at Heathrow (Booking Ref: LMF7N, 11–17 Feb 2026). I followed all the required steps after landing—texting and calling as instructed—but when I arrived at the collection point my car was not there. I was repeatedly told it was “just around the corner,” which was clearly untrue. In total, I waited nearly 30 minutes for my vehicle to arrive.
This completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for a Meet & Greet service, which is meant to be quick and convenient. I would have retrieved my car faster from a standard long-stay car park.
Customer service was also very poor. The staff member I spoke with (Imran) was abrupt, unhelpful, and dismissive, and repeatedly gave misleading information.
I also submitted a formal complaint the day after I landed and have yet to receive any response, which only further demonstrates the poor level of customer service.
Update, Monday 22nd March, over a month since I landed, despite promises that my complaint would be treated ‘as a matter of urgency’ I am yet to hear anything! The poor customer service continues, avoid these guys like the plague people…..

There was an error with our booking which meant the parking and hotel started on the wrong day (no fault of APH). Although there was some challenges to ensure we had parking and hotel accommodation under the same booking, APH kindly agreed to refund the hotel part of our booking which was much appreciated. The guys at I Love Meet And Greet were also brilliant.
