THIS COMPANY IS NOT AN APPROVED OPERATER WITHIN THE AIRPORT, THEY LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THE CAR PARK WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO TAKE IT OFF SITE AND WHEN YOU ARE DUE BACK THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR OUT THE CAR PARK TAILGATING COMING BACK ROUND TO TAKE A NEW TICKET TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY JUST RETURNED YOUR CAR, WHEN YOU GO TO EXIT BARRIER SOMETIMES SHOWS A FEE TO PAY (LARGE AMOUNT) AND THIS IS DUE TO THE CAR NOT BEING RECORED LEAVING THE CAR PARK. STAY AWAY AS THEY DO NOT OPERATE LEGALLY

I've given 1 star because you can't…

I've given 1 star because you can't give them zero.
Staff were rude, not met, were told to finally a space a park the car ourselves.
On our return there was no one to meet us after numerous phone calls we were told that the keys were left before the drivers wheel, with a ticket displayed on the dash.
Almost asking for an opportunist to steal our car.
Also mislead as we had to pay the car park fee.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE
DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
AND RUDE AS HELL !!!

Awful - do not use!

Hello,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I have received from iPark Gatwick.
Despite multiple attempts to contact you, the issue remains unresolved. The level of service and lack of timely communication fall well below what would reasonably be expected from a professional parking provider, particularly given the inconvenience and distress caused.
I am requesting an urgent response and a clear resolution to this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 5 working days, I will have no option but to escalate this complaint further, including formally pursuing external dispute resolution and raising the matter with relevant consumer bodies.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it warrants and respond confirming the steps you will take to resolve it.
What an appalling company - the telephone number doesn't work, the contact form doesn't work and no one replies to your emails! Small courts it is!!!

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN! Not even going to waste my time explaining why, like they wasted my time making me wait beyond 1.5hrs to get my car back! Others had been waiting over 2hrs.

Extremely rude, abrupt in person and on the phone. No apology.

Shouldn't even be allowed to operate! Got called a disgusting women, they won't tell us the location of the car, they won't allow us to go and get the car and have sworn down the phone at other members of the public!

Gatwick valet: LGW Executive by iPark Ltd

Used iPark Ltd / LGW Executive “all inclusive” parking — it’s a scam. I was charged airport fees twice. The staff were unfriendly, and on our return we had to wait 2 hours for the car. Huge let down in service.

Imagine landing, calling immediately after touchdown, then waiting with your family and children in a car park for 2 hours with poor to no communication.

DO NOT USE these guys!

AVOID AVOID AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS IPark is hands down the most useless, incompetent company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and honestly GATWICK AIRPORT should be embarrassed to be associated with them. Do yourselves a favour and ban them from operating from the airport.
I called 30 minutes before arriving like they tell you to, and of course I get the classic “we’re on our way.” Great start… or so I thought. I then sat there for an entire hour with no sign of anyone. When I called again, suddenly they were “5 minutes away.” Shockingly, that turned out to be complete nonsense. Another 20 minutes passed, so I called again—this time they said 15 minutes. The timings just kept magically changing depending on when you asked.
When I pointed out how ridiculous that was (because, obviously, it is), the guy on the phone had the nerve to call me weird instead of owning up to their mess. Absolutely pathetic. Instead of fixing the situation, he then threw a tantrum and said they’d just cancel the booking and not turn up at all. Brilliant customer service cancel on someone who has a flight to catch because you can’t handle being questioned.
After having to practically beg them to do the bare minimum and honour the booking, they finally showed up a full 1 hour and 40 minutes after the initial call. No apology, no explanation, not even the slightest bit of professionalism just complete indifference. We lost our flight and had to buy another flight out to Greece because we needed to go to a family baptism.
This company is a complete joke. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy being messed around, lied to, and treated like an inconvenience. Clearly this isn’t a one-off either, it seems to be their standard way of operating. It somehow got even worse. We missed our flight because of their complete incompetence, and when we came back it was more of the same nonsense. We were left waiting two hours for our car like idiots while they clearly had no idea what they were doing.
When the car finally turned up, it was filthy and the petrol was practically empty. So not only can they not manage basic timing, they also can’t even look after your vehicle properly.
To top it all off, we were forced to pay parking charges to enter and leave something that was never mentioned anywhere in the agreement. Just another hidden cost thrown in because why not?
This company is an absolute shambles from start to finish. Unreliable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of people’s time and property. Avoid at all costs.

Rude staff. No receipt for handing over the car, hence I did not leave my car with them, but found another provider onsite that helped me. 100% a fraud and a con.***** DO NOT USE *****

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Not only did it take them 1.5 hours to return our vehicle despite calling them when we collected our luggage (as per the instructions), our vehicle was returned with an additional 1900 miles on the clock, filthy dirty, stinking of petrol and when we got home we had received 3 parking fines for the period we were on holiday. The company has been unresponsive. AVOID!

Awful experience

Awful experience. Car was returned absolutely covered in bird excrement, almost every panel! Was clearly left on for a while as it was totally dried, damaging the paint. The driver also didn't pay for the short stay parking ticket, despite claiming otherwise, leaving me to have to rely on the good will of the car park operator at 1am which was very embarassing.

Both drop off and return drivers were entirely unapologetic, as was the person on the phone.

They lost my car key

They lost my car key, I needed to go home by taxi after they were attempting to locate the key, then I was advised to go home by taxi and collect the spare key, book another taxi and get my car. Now it's unclear how to claim the incurred finance loss. I will probably escalate this to the authorities and the Gatwick Airport Authorities.

Completley avoid this company

Completley avoid this company. Followed all instructions the company requested to be hung up on multiple occasions, was told they don't need to answer our questions when we queried why it has taken so long to receive our car back and was just compeltley rude throughout. Will be requesting charge back through bank.

AVOID THIS MEET AND GREET PARKING SERVICE!
Hidden charges, poor communicate, unprofessionalism and aggressive behavior.

I booked this service through ComparetheAirportParking.com for Gatwick Airport and had a terrible experience from start to finish.

As per instructions, I followed instructions to call 30 minutes before arrival, but no one answered after multiple attempts. when someone finally did answer, the call was unprofessional and distracted, with background conversation ongoing and no clear communication. I started panicking. assuming if they don't show up on time, I may potentially will miss my flight.

They arrived on time. but I was asked to pay an extra £10 fee that was not disclosed at the time of booking. I did not argue this matter because I did not wanted to miss my flight. I paid £10 and handed over my car. This caused me a lot of distress through the whole flight and holiday.

On return, I struggled again to get through to them. when I finally did, I was told it would take around an hour to return my vehicle due to "traffic". I was told the vehicle is kept in Horley, which is only a few miles away and the journey only takes 5/10 minutes. I checked on Maps for any delays, there was no visible delays.

My outbound flight was at 11:30 in the evening, it was already too late and I needed to drive back to Southampton. My partner phoned them and asked for an address of the location to get a taxi to collect the vehicle. but they refused to give us the address of the location. When we challenged this, the person on the phone became aggressive and said: "I'm not f***ing giving you the address". We started panicking and had no idea how we would get home in the middle of the night as there is no public transport back to Southampton after midnight. I genuinely felt stressed and stranded. I also became worried about whether my car would even be returned especially after being told they would not provide an address and that I could not collect it myself.

After one hour of wait, I eventually received my vehicle back. I noticed an expensive personal belonging which was left in the car boot, was missing. this added to the distress and concern about the handling of my car. On top of all this, we had to pay a fee to exist the car park.

Overall: We had a very terrible experience with this company and I would strongly advise others to AVOID this company.

IPark are by far the worst company!

IPark are by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and compareyourparking should be ashamed for affiliating with them. Please, please, please avoid them!

I rang 30 mins before arriving as instructed and was told they were in there way, good start. After arriving and waiting for an hour I rang the number and was told they were 5 minutes away. After another 20 minutes I rang to check, where after challenging and telling them I had a flight to catch, he told me they were 15 minutes away. When I challenged this and told them that it’s was weird that the timings were so off, he called me weird…..great come back mate! After a heated discussion i was told they would just cancel the booking and not turn up. Honestly , what a pathetic response to a reasonable challenge. Eventually after begrudgingly pleading to keep the booking, they turned up . Total wait from 1st call…1 hour 40 later the guy arrived, no apology , not a care in the world. Awful company, avoid like the plague and save yourself the same pain. Seem a common theme with them!

This was by far the worst experience of…

This was by far the worst experience of Valet Parking that I have had. I had to wait 30 minutes once I had arrived at the airport, having already called the company 30 minutes before we arrived, inspite of 5 calls back to the company chasing the whereabouts of the driver! The driver was a scruffy individual that could barely speak english, and when I asked him for a receipt he simply told me "you have e mail". The return was no better. We arrived 40 minutes early, and they would not bring my car to the terminal until my designated booked time so we had to wait a further 40 minutes before we went to the car park, only to find the car there with the parking ticket on the dash board and the car keys left on the rear wheel. To top it all, I was under the impression that the parking fees were included in the overall cost, but this was not the case. The company were a complete and utter shambles, and I was simply pleased to get my car back. A call to Compare the Parking on my return led me to believe that all the companies on the site were operated by the same business. This is a scam and will be reported to trading standards.

EVERY CUSTOMER SHOULD REPORT THESE SCAMMERS

I contacted London Gatwick's Customer Services Team to report these scammers. They are aware of the difficulties passengers have experienced when using the services of this company, to whom they have no commercial contract with and they are unable to stop them from using the Airport car parks under competition law. They are advising anyone that has difficulties with this company to report this to Trading Standards, they have the powers to take action against this company and they will do everything they possibly can to help Trading Standards and West Sussex County Council.

LET'S REPORT THEM. THIS COMPANY SHOULD SHUT DOWN ASAP.
