Very helpful and polite staff at the Nottingham store. Left feeling good about my purchases. Good customer service is rare these days.

Speedy delivery and great quality products. We got the size wrong for one of the items but Superdry made different options for exchanges/return easily available.

All in all, a great retail shop and online experience that complement each other so well and really helpful staff too.

I don't know what makes superdry great, all I know is that everything I purchased from superdry has always been super, super fit super colours fantastic sales prices, (sorry I only buy sales items) as you're a bit pricey, but I'll buy superdry. oh one more thing I'll say I prefer to use online rather than the store in Nottingham better choices online.

Excellent rucksack - way better than it looked on the website, with compartments to take everything I need to carry (laptop, iPad Mini, chargers etc).

Beautiful coat but what a shame no popper buttons. As the coat is extra long you literally need someone to zip you up as the zip is all the way at bottom front of ankle.

Visited the Nottingham shop looking for a similar top that my wife had already bought. I asked the shop assistant for help and he was excellent. First showing me similar tops in stock and then looking online. He found the top and was delivered a couple of days later
