Incompetent ...ordered a jacket in…
Incompetent ...ordered a jacket in Nottingham store to be delivered at home more than 10 days ago and it never arrived...went into the shop and they don't know where the package is so they reorder the item 2 days ago for next day delivery and still waiting,so frustrating with this order from suprdry.
Update...went into store to query it today and they are blaming the online team and customer service as its lost in Transit again this time with a different courier...how can anyone run a company in this manner,I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted a wash bag that I saw online and I needed it for a holiday for the following week so I went instore and the lady said I can purchase the wash bag online and she ordered it for me and it came within 2 days I was so impressed to receive such a quick delivery
