Ordered to store
Ordered to store, I received no notification that it had been delivered and ready to collect. Emailed customer service had no response from them! Tried calling the store but the line had a fault so couldn’t get through. Had to pay £6.00 for bus fare to go to the store to see if my order was still there after 10 days, fortunately it was. Would have been cheaper for me to have my order shipped to my address. Based on this experience I will not be purchasing again from your online store. Your customer support is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Store selection does not list the new address for the Nottingham store.

Jacket size not In Store
In store the jacket I liked was not in my size. The staff then organised a free delivery to my home with free postage from another store.
The staff were friendly and obliging and made it easy. Brill....whats not to like!

I’ve been buying superdry for years because of quality fabric and styling. My recent experience was online buying and in-store pick up with no problems.

Helpful and emphatetic customer service
The sales assistant was patient and kind enough to help sought through an online return/exchange issue. She placed another order on my behalf. Good experience. The fear between online purchases and bringing it in-store for help is real. Store people do not really know the policies and deals online and I feel like Iam alienated by the brand, the same brand I purchased online from.
