Beautiful coat but what a shame no popper buttons. As the coat is extra long you literally need someone to zip you up as the zip is all the way at bottom front of ankle.

I'm in love with their fabric quality.
Ones I asked about refund (because of size) received it next day

Visited the Nottingham shop looking for a similar top that my wife had already bought. I asked the shop assistant for help and he was excellent. First showing me similar tops in stock and then looking online. He found the top and was delivered a couple of days later

Arrived at the time expected. To the place expected. Very easy pick up service from my local shop. Item as described. Comfortable and fits well.

The delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the coat was faulty. However, the refund was expedited quickly and without fuss.

It was the 1st time I’d been in Superdry - we were shopping with our 14 year old grandson, & we bought him a pair of shoes there. They didn’t have the colour he wanted, in his size, so we ordered them. The male member of staff was extremely helpful, and explained carefully about delivery times. He was “spot on” & the shoes arrived in plenty of time for our grandson’s birthday. We were delighted with the service, the delivery and the goods!

The manager who served me in your Nottingham store had an excellent manner ,knowledgeable about your company practices. Great all round experience,very happy with both members of staff who delt with my problem and purchase.😀

I fell in love with a winter coat in your Nottingham Victoria Center shop. The only size 16 had a little fault and was discounted but I wanted a perfect one. I live in Harrogate so couldn't go back to the shop. The lady in the shop offered me that she orders one for me and it will be delivered to my home. I can't remember her name but it was on the 10th October in the morning hours. She's a credit for your company.

Terrible service. I ordered 3 different coats. I was sent 3 but they sent 2 identical ones! I contact Customer Service straight away and received a reference number with “we will be in touch within 48 hours”. Nine days later, I am still waiting!!!!! So terrible delivery and disgusting service to date
