Appalling Mercedes service
The car broke down shortly after its receipt and recovered to nearest Mercedes dealer who carried out a visual check. Car found to have multiple defects. Hamilton Mercedes very unhelpful and as a consequence of their poor service throughout the purchase I returned the car

I phoned on Monday looking for suspension parts for my car, spoke to James and he was more than helpful sent me pictures so I could identify the proper parts. Received the part on the Tuesday. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Have used them before and same again very courteous and helpful.

Fantastic experience as always, 4 Mercedes cars purchased, with 3 of them being from the Hamilton Mercedes branch. Picked up my new GLA on Friday 18/04/2025. Outstanding service provided by Callen Duncan.
From purchase to hand over of car, every effort was made to make this a smooth transition to my new car.
The car is a pleasure to drive, and I am delighted with my purchase. I have used this garage for all services on past Mercedes cars and will continue to do in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending.
