What a excellent customer service i received at stratstone jaguar i felt like i was royalty the way I was looked after. What a refreshing change these day's to have staff who now What they doing 5***** to all the staff there's.

My car was thoroughly cleaned and the courtesy car was top note11

My wife and I just have to say we were blown away by the level of service, professionalism and overall experience we had with Statstone Wolverhampton today. Every member of staff we came in to contact with could not have been more helpful or friendly and all are a credit to the business (even the unseen face of the technician who provided us with a video health check deserves praise). We both concluded that we will entrust our vehicle to this dealer on future occasions despite the 25 mile drive and having 2 closer main dealers. We couldn't recommend this dealer more highly. A visit to a garage is never usually an enjoyable experience but today it definitely was. Thank you Stratstone Wolverhampton.

Great hospitality and service but watch out for the add on's such as screen wash when virtually full and not necessary and oil charged at £7.50 per litre dearer than you buy on the internet and the same brand with theirs fed from a 205 litre barrel.

Worst car manufacturer I’ve ever dealt with, would never recommend! Bought an e pace 4 years ago and been stuck in a toxic agreement ever since. Had nothing but problems with the vehicle, was even advised to swap my car after 1 visit to the garage. They hardly answer the phones in the centre and the customer service t am do not car about you. They are rude and have been on several occasions to myself and my wife(jade wordley). They tried to blame me for faults with the vehicle and said I would be liable even after mechanics in their own garage said it was faulty parts and faulty electric problems. They’ve offered no compensation or money off repeat business, not that I would! Trying to escalate the complaint has been horrific and no one is interested, no one wants to help. Nothing with your complaint will progress, I’ve had 4 recalls on the car now and I’m trying to sell the car and it’s took 4 days for someone to answer the phone and still not received confirmation of the recalls being done! Rewarded myself by picking and customising a new car on their website and been nothing but a vile, toxic painstaking and stressful nightmare! Very emotionally draining! Moved to Audi, great company!

Customer service and waiting time

Absolutely awful experience dealing with Wolverhampton Range Rover, after purchasing a car for nearly £200K from them which i have had nothing but problems with, the after sales service is shocking!!!

To get a warranty appointment the earliest is 5 weeks, but if you want a service appointment they are available next week!!!

The best of it is they just dont care......
