This was my first service, and it was a two year service. Everything went well including the use of a Velar during the service. (Wanted a Defender but ha ho). Experience was overall good, except the poor valet done free with the service, which was disappointing and a shame, as everything else was good.

Poor service
Car wasn’t valeted as promised which is a poor show considering service & MOT cost £700.
Invoice stated 81,000 service but it was a 41,000 service.
Have to trust that correct service was done.

Fantastic service!
My car went in for a mid-service health check and i honestly can not recommend enough! I dealt with Zowie and she was absolutely super, she was extremely knowledgeable and was fantastic with getting me in and out of the garage as efficiently as possible. I have had awful previous experiences with different car dealerships however, Range Rover stands very far out from the competition! Not only are the cars fantastic but, the service you receive as a customer really makes you feel special and well taken care of. Thank you very much to the Range Rover team, especially Zowie!!

Jaguar i pace repaired under waranty…
Jaguar i pace repaired under waranty service was very good until they realised it was waranty work video in car in workshop shows technician spending a lot of time opening drawers on tool box watching for supervisor whilst on the phone he spent 30+ mins on phone without even touching the car £225 per hr (phone back in pocket when supervisor was spotted drawer opened tool taken out put back when he had gone then back on phone) how can this company justify labour costs when technicians are not working on car. Took waranty company for a ride big style no wonder they were reluctant to pay full labour cost (video forwarded to them) this is totally unaceptable from them and an unjustified charge anyone who trusts this dealership to work on your car get ready to dig deep in your pockets for a unjustified labour charge for technicians who stand arround on their phone JLR were not happy when they found out there was a covert camera recording the whole time it was in workshop GET THIS SORTED JLR you are a premium car service provider dont take advantage of your customers

Fundamentally defective vehicle and zero duty of care after safety failures
We purchased a used £29,000 Range Rover Evoque P300e from this dealership in March 2025 for my elderly, disabled mother. Unfortunately, the vehicle has been fundamentally defective, requiring approximately £11,000 in major warranty work in the first 12 months, including a full high-voltage battery replacement.
Despite these repairs, the car recently suffered a severe breakdown. Primary safety systems (Emergency Braking, Lane Assist, Stability Control) completely failed while driving.
On 5th February 2026, we formally exercised our Right to Reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Disappointingly, the local management team at Wolverhampton has not engaged with this formal notice. They took the car in, failed to diagnose the EV motor fault identified by their own breakdown technician, and returned an unsafe vehicle to a vulnerable customer unrepaired.
We have now escalated this matter to The Motor Ombudsman and submitted a formal Subject Access Request to Lithia UK to obtain our records. I strongly advise caution when using this dealership if you expect a basic duty of care, safe vehicles, or adherence to consumer rights.
