Rachel ordered x5 labels, we produced the order exactly as was ordered, in good time. In fact, we included 10 labels in the order. Rachel told us after we had dispatched them that ‘SHE’ ordered the wrong quantity and we were ripping her off for 5 labels, despite the fact she could see exactly what she was ordering at the checkout with the price and quantity clearly stated.
As with all orders, if we make a mistake, we rectify it at no cost to the client.
Not only did Rachel blame us for her mistake, she continued on social media to insult us personally and our services.
We’ll let you make your mind up about Rachel’s review.
We would have worked with Rachel to get her some extra labels had she been polite. But after her spoilt, self-entitled, insulting and incorrect rants we chose to part ways, which I’m certain is for the better.
A bit slow but good quality
Stickers are good quality as their sample packs showed, took a bit of time to come but with their proof checking, everything came out as it should 👌

Very happy with quality
Ordered some test prints for some stickers. Very Happy with the quality and how they turned out considering I hadn't uploaded a vector imagine. Also arrived in good time considering the current state of economics and the world. Was unsure how many stickers would arrive and wasn't too sure how to find out this info when ordering although will certainly order more next time.

Great quality Unbeatable Price
Great quality, in fact it’s the best I’ve seen tbh and the price is unbeatable! Delivery has been a little bit longer than usual due to Covid ( order with enough time in advance) I still keep coming back best price best quality online!

Avoid getting into a sticky situation!
Shocking service - can't get anything right, terrible turnaround times - been waiting over 3 weeks for our order. Last-minute issues when things sat on the printer, can't tell me which item has the problem and repeatedly having to upload multiple files as we guess which one is needing font size change. Asked for a call and not getting one. Can't tell me when my order will be sent, wont't tell me what they have printed - if anything at all! Avoid getting into a sticky situation!

We're going to refund this order instead of sending it out, even after all the hard work we have put in trying to get this correct for you.
First you send through artwork that wasn't in the format we ask for, it was multiple artworks on a page which all needed stripping down into individual artworks.
We then printed your labels, noticed that you have designed your fonts too small to read and notified you with details of each label and what to do and that if you supply new artwork we can reprint all your labels again free of charge. All at our expense despite being your fault.
We received and proofed your new artwork yesterday and printed your labels again on the same evening, now you leave us a 1* review.
This isn't the kind of work we want.

I ordered labels they arrived defective…
I ordered labels they arrived defective i returned these a month ago for a replacement, i chased up asking if they could replace them. They informed me that they had not received them despite me having a great picture of a smiling lady receiving them from the delivery company. i have not received any replacements or replies to my emails since. Really disappointed as I hadn’t had any issues until this point, that said you don’t find out about a companies customer service until you have an issue..
The fact they have this disclaimer on their website speaks volumes:
“Please note, due to the large amount of rude emails we have received from clients, who deem it necessary to be very short and/or rude in their emails, if your email is not considered polite we will simply ignore it.
A member of our staff has to deal with all of these emails daily, let's start making their day better by simply being polite.
An email such as "where are my labels?" or "when will I get my labels?" without any introduction or order information will simply be ignored.”

1. Every one of your emails in the support ticket system has been answered in a decent timeframe, as with all our emails.
2. You waited over 3 months to notify us of a partially faulty order, of which we accepted to reprint. You sent back 1/4 of the full order, of which many had no issues.
3. Prior to this you have had 3 successful orders with us, not left a single positive review.
4. The disclaimer is to stop people like you being rude to our staff, which you were with your last email, we're simply not tolerating it anymore and we know of a few other companies in the business of printing labels that are in the same boat with unduly rude clients.
If you can't simply be polite, plus take issue with a notice asking to be polite, please go elsewhere and see how you get on.
