I am very disappointed with this order. I was promised delivery by 20 July and then I get confirmation to be shipped on 23rd, but the order has not even been shipped yet.
I specifically needed these labels by 20 July so I could send them to the manufacturer. Because of this delay, the order is now of no use to me.

Unhelpful
Have used them for over 4 years and they used to be quick to deliver and very helpful. I was having problems with making an order as their website kept losing my order when about to pay and so i asked to get help from Sales team who were very nice but had to go through the whole order again and since i had a lot of designs, this made me miss the cut off time by a minute. I asked Support team to see if they can at least get the order out on the original promise day as it really wasn't my fault but no help there. It's not the first time that there has been an issue on their side and they have not been helpful.

Has to be one of the worst companies to deal with for small businesses
My advice to you whoever is reading this is fine somebody else, avoid this company at all cost you will end up having your fingers burnt at some point. You have staff offering products and not explaining what they are. You have staff mucking up orders and then expecting you to have it and then offer you a discount afterwards.
Nobody ever gets back to you when they say they will

We've used fast labels a few times now when our in-house label machine has broken down and they really live up to their name. Labels are great quality, rolled in the correct format and the time from submitting the order to delivering them to our door is always super quick.
A couple of times I've had queries and each time I've been able to call and speak to a knowledgeable member of staff who are always helpful. I'd highly recommend them.
