ive just noticed this lot got my review removed . so ill say it again
we are now waiting for our complaint with the FO to be answered
Startline wouldn't honour a cooling off period and tried to tell us in order to withdraw we had to pay the dealer upfront !
never heard such rubbish
sorry you dont like the negative reviews however it WASNT on the contract and its not legal to refuse a withdrawal!
we shall see what the financial ombundsman make of both you and your broker.

Your incorrect for a start !! thats WHY you have a cool off. start line you keep getting strikes by the ombundsman ! we checked at the time with a solicitor who said that "excuse" ISNT lawful let alone truth full. lets let the ombudsman decide shall we !
