My last and final review on startline. My advice to anyone who's going through a nightmare with these guys is stand your ground!! They was horrible to deal with, no help what so ever. They was only interested in getting the monthly payments even when the car needed a new engine rebuild. The financial ombudsman upheld my complaint and the nightmare is finally nearly over, just awaiting my money back from them. Do not be intimidated by these, do not be bullied by these. Stand your ground and don't back down. They lost, I won!! I never even had an apology and ofcourse they won't admit they was in the wrong for not taking the car back in November when they should have done. Picked up my new car today, its a dream!! I no longer have to deal with these unprofessional people again. 11 months of hell and I won, shame on you startline, shame on you!!!
