They lie and sell things they don't have and then they don't answer the phone.
On 11/30 I got a message that my item was ready for shipment. On 12/11 when it should have been delivered, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have one to ship me. WTH? Now I am going to have to pay extra to get the item by Christmas. I called to find out what happened and see if there was anything we can work out and the message on their system said they were closed at 4:35 PM EST. WTH? I gues they don't want to help customers.

I am highly disappointed in the quality of this tv tray set. I purchased this 49er tray set for my husband as a gift. The box was super light (red flag). The wood is cheap, thin & not very well made. I’m embarrassed & would not recommend. Total waste of money.

First time to place an order
First time to place an order. Easy to order, used my discount code for first time purchase, shipping and delivery quick and exactly as expected. Will order again in the future as needed. I ordered a black Riddell Speedflex facemask. Official Riddell site nothing but an error for weeks. Who has time for errors? The Riddell facemask here is perfect.
Update: My son opened the face mask for Christmas- Love! Immediately attached it to his Riddell football helmet. You will need to reuse the facemask buttons from the original. Looks fire with a new red visor too.
