I'm a business owner established for over two decades with an A+ Better Business Bureau accreditation. The company was friendly and easy to work with. They seem to work extended hours and also negotiable for what I was looking for. They were able to help facilitate a fast agreement. Look forward to working with them in the future.

The process was quick and concise. The representatives answered all of my questions. They were patient and polite.

Marge was the lady that helped me. She was nice, helped me work through my insurance paperwork, explained everything very well, and showed me several ways to get to my storage and how to use the keypads to get in and out. Good experience!

I called a toll free number about 6:30 PM on a Friday night, and was so surprised when a very nice and helpful lady answered. I got to talk to a human, that won big points with me. She patiently answered all my questions, told me about a special they had on a 10 x 10 storage unit and within a few short minutes, I had reserved a storage unit at a phenomenal price. I really appreciated the lady on the phone, she was personable, kind and had a cute laugh that eased any reservations I had about renting a storage unit. I figure if they have a person who answers the phone, has personality and is well informed about their system, they must be a company that knows what they are doing. I found the whole experience to be so easy going and truly helpful. Why can't all businesses operate this way?

The location was absolutely perfect. Less than a mile from where I am moving. That really made me happy. It was a very pleasant way to rent a storage unit.

The storage facilities were misrepresented! No office! Owners in Mexico! I tried to reach someone three days! No call back!

I made a reservation, when I called back, the reservation was under my sons name, he was supposed to be listed as an authorized party. Because he was the primary, it took almost an hour to get the situation resolved, or so I thought. I had to argue with the first representative for about 30 minutes just to speak to upper management. First I was to that it was not possible, then she tried to transfer me several times and was not successful, then upper management, Melody, had to call me. After speaking with Melody, I was able to change the primary and was told my move in date was April 24. When I made the reservation, it was for May 8th. I asked Melody several times if that was corrected and she assured me that it was. I called back the next day, today, to request to change the move in date to May 5th.. come to find out that the move in date was never corrected. I was not allowed to speak to upper management and was told I would get a call back. It has been several hours and I have not been contacted. This is the most horrible experience. This "new management " is absolutely TERRIBLE!

Mario was very efficient and after I gave him my criteria, he had me set up with the owner to visit the unit. The process took about 45 minutes to get from my initial call to view the unit.

The representative was kind thorough and thoughtful! It was like booking with a thoughtful friend! Would definitely recommend them!

It was mostly easy.

EVERY EMAIL SENT TO ME HAD ISSUES.
This included "links", Sparefoot's" security software "Cloudflare" or "Cloudfare" denying one access to the page that their link routes us to, to answer survey questions. With "Cloudflare" or "Cloudfare" stating there is a security issue and that they are "BLOCKING" us from access.

Reservation prices are not honored upon going to the storage site location. The site locations states we do not have a reservation.

When imputing the specifications of the size of the storage unit we want, and the website performs its search, it displays as it search results at the top of the page a storage unit company name, that has the lowest price. BUT, BUT, what is displayed as being the size of the storage unit, is NOT the size of storage unit we selected and imputed to be searched for, by the website.

The list of items is WAY TO LONG list.
I have spent a CONSIDERABLE amount of time, over a series of phone calls, with an individual who stated his name is "Kevin", and that he is a supervisor in customer service, explaining in detail to him all of the issues.

Even your phone number, the same phone number is listed on "Sparefoot's" "sister" company websites. Yet when using that "sister" company website to search, and or, make a reservation, upon phoning that phone number, the agent answering the phone call says "Sparefoot", when in fact you are using the "Find Storage Fast" website, making one think one not even reaching the right company.
Is this company that "Cheap" that it cannot have a different "V.O.I.P" internet phone number, which are cheap in price compared to a regular" Copper - Landline", assigned to each of the different website company names, so the consumer does not get confused as to whom they are phoning?
I mean "REALLY"!?

Again, this company is a HUGE MESS!
There are no "Checks and Balances" going on from what I experienced.
There is NO "Quality Control", "Quality Assurance" going on.
All I got from "Kevin", is a bunch of excuses.
No followup. Nor him even phoning the storage center who denied my reservation, that was made via "Sparefoot".

NOTHING is going on by this corporation to check and test its "system" that the pubic is put through, to make sure items customers or potential customers should NEVER have happen to them, are not happening. And if they are, then to FIX THEM BEFORE THEY ARE EXPOSED TO THE PUBLIC USING YOUR DIFFERENT WEBSITES.

I never reserve things on the computer.I honestly assumed it was going to be more difficult but it was easy.
