Was told someone would be at location…

Was told someone would be at location to view storage unit. Went there, waited and waited. Several phone calls with being put on hold each time. Huge waste of time dealing with these people.

Very very quick and helpful

Very very quick and helpful! Saved me hours of hunting down the perfect place to store my vehicle at the best affordable price! I'm simply amazed, surprised and grateful to have somehow found this site. Thank you!

Very smooth website experience

I've used these guys to find cheap storage lockers in multiple cities, and the deals are always great, sometimes $10-15 for a locker near downtown! Very smooth online experience overall, with no errors or glitches.

I made a reservation

I made a reservation, then I get call from three people from a “call center?” telling me I really don’t have a reservation until I pay. Too pushy. Inconsistency with advertising. Trust factor is weak.
