Horrible experience will not use again…
Horrible experience will not use again went to place no one was there waited the manager came in looked upset to be acted like she didn’t know there was a reservation and then told me the main thing that I wanted, which was 24 access that she wasn’t giving it out was a complete waste of my time would not use the service ever again or rent any units from them

I was told that someone would call to…
I was told that someone would call to schedule a visit so I could look at the space before renting but I have not been called. I told the person I spoke to yesterday that I could come yesterday afternoon or this morning but no follow up.

It was so easy
It was so easy. I called them and paid right over phone. 15 minutes later I was at my storage unit and there was a lock with the key inside it for me it was a great experience

The process went smoothly. All my questions were answered before I asked them. also, there was a glitch with the size of the unit which they remedied very quickly.
