All the staff are very polite and pleasant.

Very simple to navigate page and made getting a reservation quick and easy.

Reserved online. Arrived at facility to complete paperwork and move in to be informed there’s no manager and no assistance. Cancelled this facility and took business elsewhere.

I was shown a price on the website page to confirm my reservation and pay. The price was $30.00 for the first month and 40% off the next three months, $93.00 per month. When ot cam time to pay the charge was over $236.00 Total bait and switch scam.

It's not sparefoots fault. But the storage I reserved at the location I chose I still haven't been able to contact them so I can use the unit. I can't get them to answer calls, they haven't replied and it's by appt only. So I am kinds disappointed. Booking process needs to be recalculated.

Easy to make good rates

No one answers phones, no call backs, gave wrong information on storage unit, very difficult to understand language of persons on the phone when I finally got through, one of the worst experiences ever, and I would give you a zero rating for my experience.

It was quite easy to speak to the gentleman who booked me. Now I’m waiting to hear from someone who will meet me at the storage location to firm things up.

Needed a storage facility and got one of the size needed on the dates that I needed and for a great price. Service was thorough and efficient. Instructions clear and concise. Great experience.

I booked the date by accident. I m looking for june2 but it wouldn't let me get past May 8

Apologies for not recalling the womans name, may have been Monica. She was not only extremely helpful but assisted me with my reservation which was problematic because I only had my name? But she was able to find it , connect me with the actual Storage facility and resolve my situation. In addition this am I followed up with Kelly & she too was totally amazing & helpful again to the extreme. Keep it up!!! It's rare to find in any company these days..Best Michael Formoso

Edwin was very thorough and polite. Then befor I had a chance to sign up online i got 2 calls within 3 hours to sign up. Harrassment.

I made the reservation I showed up on time. No one was there. No one was in the office and the young man that I talked to on the phone basically gave me a song and a dance. I would definitely not recommend using your service to anyone. I went out and did it on my own. I actually went to a storage unit and rented a unit without using you because it was so much easier.

It was easy from the start but was given some wrong information. I was interested in a 10x30 unit. I was told the door was a full 10’ wide. I drove over and measured it to make sure but it was less than 8-1/2 feet wide so I had to cancel my reservation. If I knew I could have driven straight into it it might have worked but since I could not verify that I decided to just cancel it.

It was fast and easy no problems I just needed a later date. But I can go in and change it as it will allow me to do so. The price is amazing I was very impressed.

Customer service person I spoke to was fantastic and patience and extremely helpful.
