The team at Smartshield were really friendly and helpful the work they did was done efficiently and to an extremely high standard, my roof has never been cleaner and I wasn’t expecting them to replace any broken tiles also!

Stuart provided me with a quote very quickly and offered to do the job within a week of his quote in January. However, I was still considering other quotes. Once those quotes came in, I decided to give him the job. Understandably, at this stage Stuart couldnt fit the job in the original window he provided and we agreed on a new date for the job on 13 February. On the day that he was due to attend on 13 February, Stuart informed me his guys would not be able to attend to do the work because they were sick. It took Stuart over a week to provide a new date for the job. We eventually agreed on 16 March (which is quite some delay for a leaking roof). 16 March came and went, this time he was unable to do the job due weather but failed to give me a new date for the job. You would have thought he would have started the job on the next clear weather day (particularly given the prior delays). But after this despite multiple messages and calls chasing for one and even after multiple messages from him promising to provide one. He no longer replies to my messages or answers my calls.

Absolutely fantastic job done by Lovley and professional team. Cleaned neighbours drive either side as well as my own, wouldn’t have know they had been other than my roof looking brand new.
Was so pleased with the job I called the boss at the end of the day.

Smartshield did an excellent job of cleaning our roof, replacing any broken tiles, applying a moss treatment and dealing with our blocked drainpipes/gutters. Team were efficient and courteous. Couldn't be happier.

I rang Smartshield yesterday as I was recommended by my cousin for a roof cleaning services quote. The professional guys came at 8.30 am today and worked non stop until 2.30 pm. As promised all works were completed including replacing of one roof tile and cementing a ridge tile. Property was left clean and tidy.

I had the Smartsheild UK team clean and treat my roof, can not praise them enough. They guys on the day where friendly, professional and left everything spotless. Only problem I have now is all my neighbours knocking on my door asking for their number!

I called yesterday for a roof clean quote. The guys turned up at 0830 today and worked non stop until 1430. As promised, all works were completed including replacing a couple of tiles and pointing. Property was left clean and tidy. They even called on the neighbours to clean any debris from their properties.

If TrustPilot allowed me to attach photos, they would speak for themselves.

Overall, very happy with the service and price.

Just got my roof cleaned and protected by this amazing company. From Stuart through to the guys who did the job, they were all fantastic, they could not do enough, fully informed on the progress of the job at all stages. I wish I had more roofs for them to clean.

Really good service . I knew exactly what the job entailed as I received it in writing. They also only wanted a deposit beforehand. Dave who came to do the work was very professional , worked really hard to clean my roof. He cleaned up afterwards including my neighbours grounds. He took pictures of areas I could not see. Really happy with the work and the roof looks fab .Would definitely recommend this company.

From the first phone call to the end of the job an excellent experience and a well finished roof replacement. I had several very unreasonable quotes, which led me to contact Smartshielduk. Not only I was given a honest quote, the job involved was clearly explained and the date and time given for completion. The team arrived on time, they completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned the area well. Michael went an extra mile, as well as Stuart and Lisa. I find hard to leave a review these days but on this occasion I must emphasise I am truly impressed and I would definitely use this company again and I would not hesitate to recommend.

This is the second time I have used Smartshield. They are amazing, honest and do an excellent job. I have tried many other roofing companies and wasted lots of money. It is wonderful to find Stuart and his team who are so professional and competent and do not overcharge. I would recommend them highly.

Would highly recommend Smartshield. We wanted the roof to be demossed and cleaned and get a report on the roof condition. They were able to do the job without scaffolding which other companies requested. It is clear that they have roofing experience and aren’t just cleaners. They did what we felt was a lot of extras (replaced a lot of broken tiles, repointing, fixing the divider between ours and neighbouring property) included in their price. Work was split over two appointments due to weather and a different team arrived the second time but knew everything that needed doing and was fully informed about what we wanted. Very pleased with results.

I didn't know this kind of job could be done until I spoke to my neighbour who used Smartshield and was very happy with the result. I was worried about the cost of a new roof when I didn't need one. The roof was cleaned and sealed and looks great. I also had my lean to leaded so let it rain I don't have to worry anymore. How refreshing to deal with down to earth people who actually care. Simply awesome and impressive revamp of my upper and lower roof tiles.
The concrete tiles were first restored and sealed plus all the moss was removed with surprising results.
