Amazing team!
I recently went in to Sinclair Neyland with a view to changing my car, and was greeted kindly by Charley who instantly put me at ease and asked me what I was looking for. He talked me through my options, appraised my car and at no time was there any pressure put on me to make a decision. Charley was informative and knowledgeable and once I reviewed my options it was an easy choice to go with Sinclair with the help of a Charley. I found the entire team welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Sinclair Neyland and I will certainly be back in a few years. Thank you again Charley!

Found the whole experience good
Found the whole experience good, very helpful finding us a used car and went into great detail with us on the cars background. The purchase was also very straightforward and time taken to explain the cars features.

We purchased my son’s first car from here and the service was excellent, Charlie that dealt with us was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Brilliant!
The Sinclair VW garage at Neyland is near a busy round about and if I drove there and left my car for the day there is nothing to do and no way I could get home on public transport. For a small charge someone from the garage will leave their car at my house and drive my car to the garage for MOT and service. They bring my car back at the end of the day all washed and clean.....a really brilliant service!
It passed the MOT and they repaired a puncture too, so job done. Thank you Sinclairs

Mixed views
I prefer dealing with people rather than on- line interactions.
The staff at the garage are pleasant and competent; everything was fine and on time.
However, I find your services over-priced… £45 for a can of tyre puncture sealant is ridiculous - it’s available in local stores for under £10. Almost £500 for a service. Puts me off dealing with Sinclair.

Had a warning light appear on the dash. Went to service department and car was booked in for the following day. Fault identified and rectified same day.
