As soon as I had turned up just wanting to have a look at prices etc to think ahead a few months before changing my car. Ended up putting deposit down straight there, dealt with Andrew who was superb throughout the hole process and was as communicating with me through email almost everyday! Made it 10 time easier!

Real people always better than AI Bots !
I much prefer to check in and deal with a real person, rather than your 'digital assistant'. I doubt I will change so please do not change your system. Neil, dealt with my visit as always with interest and courtesy, from check in and through to return of the 'keys' and paying the bill. Thank you Neil. I will be back!

Great experience. Very pleased with the deal that we had at the VIP event. Really loved our TRoc and hope that the new one will be even better. Very helpful and genuine staff that made the whole experience a positive one.

Excellent sales
Excellent sales - Niall could not have been more helpful or informative. There was no sales pressure - we were treated with respect and given options but no pressure to accept - although we did !! The car was immaculately presented and we felt very positive about ongoing servicing support. All in all an excellent experience and the car is fabulous.

Dealing with vw Neyland is a good experience... owning volkswagens for years now they know us well.. Neil and Mike are great assets to the company... very helpful as I'm not always in Pembrokeshire.. handy when we need to hire a car ...
