Dear Shows in London
I am writing to compliment your organization with regards to the kind, supportive and helpful staff you have working for your organization. I had to change my bookings and dealt with two members of your staff, Gaelle and Henna. Both of these staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. It makes such a difference to deal with people who are supportive and helpful when you most need it.

Good prices easy booking
I had great experience with the website. Found the best available price which was cheaper than on other website. It also give me an option to choose the seats, unlike some websites where the seating is allocated automatically and not even shown. The tickets arrived within couple days by post. Very satisfied.

Jersey Boys
Over all the service good but could not choice seat, require circle got stalls so paid an upgrade of £10 made the ticket very expensive. Show good, service good, seat good that I chose.

Overpriced
The tickets are sold at a higher cost than face value which means that with a voucher I end up paying the same amount as I would have done from the box office which I find very annoying and pointless.

As a Ticket Agency, the face value is the price that we pay to the venue, and when no offer prices are available we charge a booking fee to cover both our costs of sale and as a charge for the service provided. In this case the booking fee was £4.25 for the ticket. We do offer exciting various monthly show deals throughout the year without a booking fee, so please feel free to call us and our booking team will be of assistance. We hope you enjoyed the show.

insurance
I was taken ill on Sunday. We rang the ticket suppliers. We had taken out Insurance. The upshot is that I need a Drs note (£25). Before that you need an appointment - no chance this week. I saw a nurse practitioner
I was prescribed antibiotics. She does not issue Doctors notes (Obviously). Other Avenue - pay £30 to book again. (A fine for being ill). So pray tell, what use was the extra premium for the Insurance. My husband is in conversation with someone from the company Harriet Odei, so we shall see. Will I ever book with them again.? Bit of a clue in the above do you think?

Poor facilities
The shows were great however the seating was so uncomfortable it made the experience most unenjoyable.
I am 6ft 2in tall and can not fit into the seats with no leg room and was cramped in and very uncomfortable. I would not attend another show for this reason.

Amazing!
Took my daughter to London for the weekend and decided for an extra treat to book tickets to see Kinky Boots with a pre show meal. Booked, paid, tickets to be picked up at the box office, confirmation email, with everything on it. So easy and cheap too! Would definitely do this again! My daughter loved it, everything went as planned and the show was amazing!
