Not perfect
Used this site to buy tickets to see the Book of Mormon musical. Found that I couldn't delete the extra cancellation charge, or the delivery charge. On phoning their office and being polite, I was told bluntly, 'yes you could have' and also told that 'the delivery charge was for Showsinlondon to deliver the tickets to the theatre'! Was disgusted with the customer service I received. In the end telling them that they need to get someone to look at their online buying system as I had made a few attempts and had been unable to not pay these charges.

The book of awesome.
Mixed emotions really, on one hand I just saw the best single show of my entire life. On the other I just ruined theatre for myself possibly forever.

great- one niggle
I would have liked an e- mail confirmation immediately rather than the following day for peace of mind. Otherwise great, easy to book and tickets came quickly
