Never received product
I placed my order a month ago. Still haven't received the product. I've sent several emails to their customer service with no response. I feel like this place is a scam and they pretty much stole my 60 bucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolut schlecht
Die Ware wird präsentiert,aber man bekommt überhaupt nicht ansatzweise die abgebildete Ware. Rücksendungen sind nach Wochenlangem e mail Verkehr eigentlich nicht wirklich möglich,man muß die Kosten selber tragen,weil es Ware aus China iss...
Dazu kommt,das man ein Stern geben MUß damit man überhaupt ne Bewertung abgeben kann..

I’ve been waiting for my order update since July 3. I was promised to email stating that I would receive a confirmation order. Nicht zu empfehlen! Vorsicht geboten!
Nicht zu empfehlen! Erst wurde die Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten, dann kam der Artikel endlich. Leider passte der Badeanzug überhaupt nicht. Rückgabe nicht möglich, obwohl über Paypal bezahlt. Lediglich einen kleinen Rabatt wollten sie einräumen, was natürlich Quatsch ist, wenn der Artikel nicht passt.

Vorsicht bei diesem Shop!
Ich habe am 25.05. etwas bestellt und noch am selben Abend per E-Mail storniert, da eine Stornierung über die Website nicht möglich war. Nach langem Hin und Her wurde mir zunächst ein 20 %-Rabatt für die nächste Bestellung angeboten – obwohl ich ausdrücklich widerrufen wollte. Dann wurde mir plötzlich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 15 % angedroht, obwohl diese weder in den AGB erwähnt noch rechtlich zulässig ist.
Erst nachdem ich rechtliche Schritte in Aussicht gestellt habe, wurde mir zugesichert, dass die Bearbeitung der Rückerstattung 5–7 Tage dauern würde, die Überweisung weitere 1–5 Tage in Anspruch nehme und der volle Betrag ohne Abzug zurückgezahlt werde.
Mittlerweile sind über 14 Tage vergangen, das Geld ist immer noch nicht da, und auf meine E-Mails erhalte ich keine Antwort mehr.
Fazit: Unseriöser Ablauf, kein zuverlässiger Kundenservice. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich vorher die Bewertungen lesen – dieser Shop ist für mich keine Empfehlung.

Beware. I ordered a bra a few weeks ago, received it yesterday and it was the wrong size. I contacted the company to see if iI could exchange it. They responded with I would have to pay the shipping fee and it would be more expensive, therefore it's not cost effective and suggested I keep that one and re-order a suitable one and they value me as a customer and give 20% off the next one. REALLY?!!!! Needless to say, the wrong one will be trashed!

Terrible Customer Service
I wrote a 1 star review regarding these bras I bought from this company and I wanted to return them but I found out it would cost more to send them back to China that what I paid for them! No where did I see on their website that states I would have to send them back to China. Had I known that I would never bought them in the first place. They told me if I took off my negative review they would give me a discount and I could keep them! I told them they were very cheaply made and they didn’t fit and I wanted my money back. They don’t offer a pre paid label. I’ve been going back and forth with them for 3 months. I really feel they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau so more people will not get scammed.
Buyer be ware!!! They are NOT a reputable company to do business with.
