If I could give no stars I would. I place my order May 10 for vacation in June. Here it is June 3 and I still haven't received it. We go on vacation June 8. I wasted $60 for nothing!!! I will never order from them again and I hope my review will help someone save money. Buy from somewhere else. Customer Service is also crap!!
Update: Just received my order from them and it fits really good! I am very satisfied with the swimsuit. Size runs a small. I normally wear a large but I ordered a large and it fit perfect. If plan on ordering from them just make sure you order at least a month ahead.

DO NOT ORDER!! They lie, lie, lie!!!!
I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I thought the person who sent it to me had ordered before, but they did not. After over 2 weeks when the order hadn’t shipped, I asked to cancel and for a refund. After them offering and me declining alternatives and still requesting to cancel, they shipped the order anyway and told me that I could return. When it was time to return, after going back and forth, they finally decided I could send it back for a partial refund and pay the shipping cost. None of this is mentioned in their online return policies. No one outside of China (which I didn’t realize until later) should do business with this company.
Their response is drastically different than their refund policy posted on their website. Their response:

We apologize that our previous solution did not meet your expectations.
I have applied to my supervisor and the result is that we can only provide you with a refund of 15%. May I have your opinion? If you agree with this, I will process the refund for you.
If not, please return them to the following address. After you send back, please give us the return tracking number. Once arrives, we will do the refund after inspection. The item needs to be kept as new and unwashed.

Worse than terrible
Placed an order April 28, it’s May 27th today (One month later) no updates about my order, no tracking, nothing! The only message I have is confirmation of my order on April 28th. This is absolutely appalling, I wish I had read reviews before making a purchase and I am certain that I will never buy anything from the site ever again.

If I could give this review a zero I would. Their return policy is unreasonable and their sizes run extremely small even following their size guide. It took almost month if not a month to receive my order. When I opened my package you could immediately tell that the item would not fit. I could barely get it on. After I emailed requesting return info, I was told I would be responsible for shipping costs. And was only offered initially 10% if I am to keep the item. When I said that isn’t enough the rep came back and said they were only authorized to do 15%. I said that still isn’t enough and that 1/3 of my $60 dollar order would more appropriate, but they insist on 15% ($7.5), I told them I will be writing an unpleasant review of my experience and it is apparent that I am not the only one who shares this same sentiment.

Ich berichte von der Originaiseite, einige wenige Teile gibt es auch bei Amazon, damit habe ich keine Erfahrung. Finger weg davon. Lieferzeit nach Deutschland mindestens 3 Wochen, teure Expresslieferung mindestens 1,5 Wochen.
Größen passen nicht. Viel zu klein. Auch wenn man nach den Größentabelle geht.
Rücksendung auf eigene Rechnung ( Zoll, Ausland) sehr teuer. Wenn Ware nicht passt Erstattung nur nach Rücksendung (muss versichert sein) und dies ist teurer als die Ware.
Eigentlich sehr schade.

Angenehmes Hautgefühl/ sehr gute Sendungsverfolgung
Ich habe drei BHs bestellt. Alle machen einen qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck und fühlen sich auf der Haut sehr angenehm an. Der Kundenservice ist gut erreichbar und können in gut verständlichem Deutsch Rückmeldung geben. Der Versand war nachvollziehbar etwas länger aber man konnte zu jederzeit einsehen, wo sich das Päckchen befindet. Wirklich sehr gute Sendungsverfolgung. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Misleading shipping and deceitful customer support
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The company's products seem promising, however their shipping and customer service is horrendous. I was in a hurry to order some items over a week prior to a trip. That's on me for not doing my due diligence in reading here first. I added expedited service for $25. After a week went by and realized items were not even shipped, I requested the order cancelled. Their policies state they won't refund if the items were in route. They HAD NOT shipped. I requested it three times in writing. Each time they offered a different alternative. Each time I declined and requested the order be cancelled. After the 3rd reply they stated the items had now shipped and I had to wait to receive them in order to return. They asked I try them out before returning. They also stated they wouldn't refund me the expedited fee because the items had already shipped. They arrived 21 days after the order was placed! In order to return the items, you have to pay for the shipping and lose what you paid initially for them to ship. Again, the burden is on me for not looking here first. Don't make my mistake
