I ordered an outfit on April 24th and it has not even shipped yet. I contact customer service that just continues to tell me that because it's a new style it takes a little longer. Why are you advertising product that you do not have readily in stock. I paid $90 for this jumper and nothing. I was hoping to wear it for my bday celebrations this past weekend now I'm just praying that it fits when and if I receive it.

While we do sometimes note that new styles may take longer to ship, we regret that this wasn’t communicated more clearly from the start. Disappointed
I ordered three garments from this company to try on to wear under a dress for a wedding I was in the garments were sent to the wrong address by the logistics company that they chose documented that they were delivered to the wrong address when I contacted the company to request a refund because I had to go purchase these items Elsewhere for the wedding the company offered to resend the items and give me a coupon for future purchases and when I told them that this would not be necessary as I'm not a frequent customer of theirs they told me that they could only refund me either 30 or 40% of the money that I spent with them which to me is ridiculous because you're willing to resend the order again and give me a coupon versus just giving me my original form of payment back so my advice to anyone shopping with this company would be don't spend money with them that you can't afford to lose because trying to get a refund with them will leave you SOL!!!

Ordered 2 dresses wrong size
Ordered 2 dresses wrong size. They sent a third duplicate dress ended up with 3. I submitted 2 emails requesting two exchanges & the additional return. No response to date. NOT A DO-OVER. What’s so bad about it is that the dresses are cute just too small. They lost a valuable customer. Plz spread the word.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Canceled my order within 12 hours of ordering, their website says you can cancel before the product ships no problem.. then they try scamming you into agreeing to pay fees instead of getting a full refund. After 10 back and forth emails I finally got my full refund.
