Helpful staff but no “hard sell”. We had spotted a car online and Nathan was very helpful in answering our queries.

David was amazing and the process was all Very straightforward. I wish I’d asked for help with the charging of the car though as that’s been problematic but aside from that a wonderful experience.

I'd recommend SERE Motors Lisburn to a friend because of the very friendly and efficient service. I dealt with Nathan who was very polite and friendly throughout the whole process. He managed to get me a deal that I could afford and that I was happy with for the vehicle I really wanted. The vehicle was very clean and well presented both when I first went to look at it and also when I collected it. Wouldn't hesitate to visit here again the next time I'm looking to change my car.

SERE Motors Belfast were great because they did almost everything we asked so we would be satisfied with our purchase decision. They trusted us to test drive the car unaccompanied. It would have been nice to be offered a reduction in asking price or extended warranty to rate the experience 10 out of ten.

Had to replace wipers the 1st time i used them so I take it all the checks weren't done. I'm happy with the car after this I'm not confident that that any checks where done.
