I ordered a turntable via their website and picked it up from the shop. Excellent service and very helpful staff. They helped me choose an appropriate Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend their shop and service.

After seeing an extremely competitive price online I reached out to obtain validity of the offer.

Even though it was 9pm craig replied to my message saying he would check stock and call me in the morning.

In the morning Craig did as he said he would and even though I still had my concerns because the sony sound bar package was being advertised £500 cheaper than anywhere else I decided to purchase. I used my credit card to ensure I was covered in case anything went wrong.

2 days later Arrow XL delivered my items, brand new, in box, perfect!!

Sony headphones ordered and received within 30hrs .
I had originally enquired about refurbished, given the
information later the same night had an email with a£50
pound voucher off an new pair no contest .
And this all happened in the middle of a Royal Mail strike ,all credit to Dean and the rest of the team.

Cannot speak highly enough about this company. Staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable. They fully understood our needs and spent a great deal of time to make sure we got something that would work perfectly for our room. They were also very thorough when installing the sound system to not only make sure it worked and sounded great but was also well positioned for the room. Would certainly go back to them as first choice if needing a new television or sound system.
