Dear Falkirk Sony Centre Team, I have never taken my time to write a review. But I must say, I was extremely impressed abut your service and communication. I made the order on Sunday night, although I never paid for a tracked fast and next day delivery, the Sony camera I ordered was delivered the following day. Throughout the delivery process I was communicating with Lorraine who was a lovely lady and was answering my emails promptly. you should be proud that sell on a national stage, I am extremely pleased about your professional service and will make sure to buy from you company again. I had an initial problem with sync on sound and vision when connected to Samsung TV via Bluetooth. I notified Falkirk Sony centre whose response was amazing. They offered a couple of solutions and accepted that if I couldn't make it work as required then they would happily accept a return with full refund. Such a helpful and understanding reply to my issue was a great surprise and everything one could wish from a company who care about their customers. In any normal circumstance I would have returned the item, but their care and concern made me try again and work through various settings and google Samsung for BT settings. I did finally succeed in getting a perfect match and I now have both my Samsung TVs in perfect sync with the headset. The headset is great and worth the accolades in reviews but for me the star of this deal is Falkirk Sony Centre themselves. Absolutely superb response and I have no hesitation whatsoever about recommending them to anyone.
