The device is great the only downside is I have trouble hearing it over my parents music in the car.

Brilliant support via online chat
I used the chat feature on the website late in the evening and was helped promptly by Dean with technical pre-sales information and once I was satisfied was assisted to make an online purchase of a camera which was low in stock.
The item was sent out the very next morning and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

First class product - first class company.
Being in my 80th year I really struggled with my Sony Walkman but the patient assistance I received from the company was amazing. No matter how many times I went back to them they took the trouble to help. Great music player - great staff.

I was at a loss as how to deal with an…
I was at a loss as how to deal with an issue of pairing an iPod classic with a transmitter installed, with a new set of Sony XM5 headphones. I found the advice and help given by Craig at the Falkirk store extremely helpful and made the purchase there immediately. I recognise that this sort of professional and personal service at the end of the phone is very difficult to obtain these days and might very well be useful in the future. The headphones are also excellent.

Falkirk Sony Centre - Well worth a visit!
We recently travelled from Edinburgh to the Falkirk Sony Centre and we are very glad we did. The service was excellent. Our discussions prior to purchase of a TV, when it was delivered, and after sales, just happened to be with 3 different members of staff. They were all friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We are delighted with our purchase and highly recommend Falkirk Sony Centre.

I cannot fault them
