Communication from these guys (Ben I spoke to) was fantastic, both pre purchase and also when I had an issue with the first unit they sent having a fault. They got it swapped over super quick and I am very happy with the replacement. Would highly recommend these guys!

Received the laptop in good time, I was kept up to date, that is I was informed when the laptop would arrive, and informed that the latest updates have been installed. Laptop was as described. I am really pleased l and would definitely buy from then again.

The "open box" laptop arrived in great condition, in safe packaging, the specifications match the advertisement, the battery on had 3 charge cycles. I would have given five stars, but the laptop needed some software TLC when it arrived. Firstly, an American language pack of win11 pro had been installed, including the American keyboard, the laptop is in a UK layout, and sold to a UK customer. Also the Dell bloatware that has been installed was in a continuous windows update conflict. I resolved the issue by fully reinstalling windows 11 pro and the dell storage drivers. Not a problem for a tech company, but something to look out for as a plug and play buyer.
