I was told someone would meet me to show me a unit, I got there door was locked. Called again and was told they had no one on site but I could sign up online and they would allow me access to look at unit if I didn't like it I could cancel within 24 hours. Not what I was told and I drove quite a distance to get there. You suck don't send me anymore emails ot text.

Very helpful front desk, thank you David Geiger! If the welcome and assistance I received is any reflection of the storage facility, I am sure I will have a wonderful storage experience. My unit was clean, David escorted to the unit and demonstrated how to access it, and consistently offered kindness and “next steps” direction! Thank you Area Storage!

I did not like the confusion from my initial contact. I called the number listed locally for me. Someone named Cindy or Sydney was very helpful and determined a 10x10 unit would work for me and there was one available at the location I was asking about, that I could move into that same day. She said the cost was $68.00/month. I then received an email and phone call with Ella with Self Storage to confirm my booking. Ella told me the person I spoke with on my initial call was with a 3rd party - Barefoot - and that the unit I was quoted wasn't available. Ella then confirmed there was a 10x10 unit available at the local location I was interested in and it would be $75.00/month. I was concerned about the disconnect between your company and the 3rd party group you have representing you to initial callers. Ella did offer me a discount and everything worked out - we are very pleased with the unit and the access.

The overall process was seamless. Perfect for the situation I was in.

Is was easy to look up online.
I felt like it was a very good rate an didn't lock me in forever on lease.

Only problem was getting a call back with the local company.
I felt like it would have been more efficient if I could have entered my credit card on my own an maybe get all details for access code an storage unit on email. But overall 7-10.. Thanks
