Absolute trash. I googled my local storage unit that is .5 mile from my house. Instead, I got these scammers which hijacked the search and posed as the actual storage facility. They took my reservation but I could not complete it. A total waste of time. Had to start completely over by calling the actual facility I thought I was calling.

I was charged $200 when advertised $1 would be the first month charge.

And then when you reach out to me via telephone you assume that I speak Spanish and have some lady speaking Spanish to me.

Great website answered all my questions and able to complete transaction. Answered so I co I ld reserve a date that is flexible pay at start.

Ashley provided great customer service. This is the 2nd time renting a unit from Freedom Self Storage and the Customer Service is one of the main reasons even though there are other Self Storage Units closer to my home.

Brandon greeted us at the door with a smile. He explained everything clearly. He accompanied us to our unit and walked us through.

My house is going on the market this month. I called Devon Storage on Gallatin Rd. After speaking with Sinada and making an appointment to tour the facility. She took me right out to see 3 different units. All clean and maintained.
I made my choice for one unit. We went back to the office to complete the paperwork. Sinada had been professional and has a sense of humor.
She fill out the paperwork for my unit and paid a fair price. What a difference between sold a unit as opposed to buying a unit. Thank you, Sinada for your helpful and friendly service. You are an asset to the company.

I knew what I wanted an ordered it on line. Asked the attendant a few questions at the location and signed up.
Simple processs.

Kelcy was a great ambassador for the organization. She should be commended for her professionalism, knowledge and personality.

I booked a unit at a Public Storage location, but when the manager called me to finish the confirmation process, we realized there was a location closer to me. He switched the reservation to the new location while we were on the phone. I was very appreciative of his knowledge and assistance.

Lot feels and looks very secure! Plenty of security cameras on site. Customer service was GREAT! Very friendly and efficient to get rented.
Actual unit seemed a little dirty and there was evidence of rodent droppings. Not sure how water resistant the unit is because there seemed to be some evidence of old water near the entry.
Had some problems with the locking mechanism so I had to use a different lock than I wanted to.
