Is was easy to look up online.
I felt like it was a very good rate an didn't lock me in forever on lease.

Only problem was getting a call back with the local company.
I felt like it would have been more efficient if I could have entered my credit card on my own an maybe get all details for access code an storage unit on email. But overall 7-10.. Thanks

The person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. However, he reserved a storage for me that didn't meet my requirements. I specifically asked for a climate controlled, exterior access with roll up door. He confirmed that the storage would be forklift accessible with a 10' high rollup door. This was incorrect as you don't actually have this option. I'm glad I visited the site before signing the agreement.

I had a very good experience and your staff was very accommodating. Both staff members who I dealt with answered all my questions professionally.

I received a reservation number in an email. The email included the storage location address and storage size. I then received a call from the company, they do not have any availability for the size I received a reservation confirmation for and they won’t honor that price for a different size. I went to KUTCHEY’s storage instead and it’s great!

The leasing manager was friendly and answered all the questions I had and provided additional information that was helpful

Quick and easy process along with cheaper prices. Just make sure you double confirm the reservation with the storage facility.

Because there was a person to talk to. I am a senior, the story's place in Springfield had me in tears.It was it was so hard to do it online. And I call for help and the woman just got rude and told me, well, all\nCall someone else. And John was wonderful, walking through everything I was laughing.My tears were done very nice gentlemen.
