Customer service that gave me a call was very patient with me and very thorough. I appreciate the kindness. The gentleman that was at the storage unit when I got there was able to help me find where I was looking for and had a smile on his face.

The check-in process was confusing
The check-in process was confusing. I got my unit number and code for the lock on the unit, but had trouble getting the gate access code.
Also, I put the green lock in the lockbox because instructions said to do so and put my own lock on the unit, was informed the green lock needs to stay on the unit.

I am paying for a climate controlled…the a/c is broken!
I am paying for a climate controlled unit and it is over 80 in there.. the day I moved it.. it had to be mid 90's! How can you charge for climate control? Someone is scheduled to come "diagnose" the problem in 10 days!!!!!
