Max was extremely helpful in making sure the unit selected was what we needed and located where we wanted it. He provided facility maps and instructions on how to easily access our unit.

The automated entry system was not…
The automated entry system was not working. Although customer service was available to take my call, they were not located onsite and were unable to help me. I wasted my time and fuel driving to place things in storage that ultimately just went back home with me. No timeline on resolution from customer care.

There was a new guy in his first week
There was a new guy in his first week. He had no training for check ins. It took a long time to get my unit. If it done on the internet it should have been done faster. I had a person helping me to move. I had to pay him more due to it taking a long time to check in to get my storage unit and the lock combo to open my unit. Not good check in that’s for sure. He even told me he had no one to show him how to do the job properly.

Customer service that gave me a call…
Customer service that gave me a call was very patient with me and very thorough. I appreciate the kindness. The gentleman that was at the storage unit when I got there was able to help me find where I was looking for and had a smile on his face.
