From store to aftercare absolutely diabolical.first off the store assistant could obviously see my wife was disabled and forgot to mention that there was a discount on the rise and recline chair and was going to charge full.she also forgot to say that delivery was free if you ordered in January and again was charging full.so we asked to see the manager who was very helpful and put this right.when he checked the invoice she had ordered the wrong material wich again was put right.so we got our suit on a Wednesday by Sunday the chair mechanism had broken, so I spent 1 and a half hours on the phone trying to get hold of customer service to no avail and opted for a callback which they did three hours later only to put me in touch with a third party to fix it who can't come until the end of the following month.i had explained my wife was disabled and needs it but fell on deaf ears.all this was from the stoke branch in victoria road there hole system is absolutely ridiculous I'll never go there again.

The service I received from the Stoke Store was excellent. I was served by Irene whom I cannot rate highly enough. She was very knowledgeable about their products & helped me to get exactly what I wanted in relation to style, fabric & colour. Irene also followed up my visit with a phone call once I’d returned home to ensure that everything was ok with the sizes & fit. Thank you.

Been into the scs at Fenton road just to basicaly have a look around with widower who was looking to replace a sofa and matching chair the assistant DARREN ws very friendly not pushy with relevant information and pricing a sofa with recliners and having the same model without the recliners and let us look around at our leisure and fortunately the Lady saw what she wanted and DARREN explained all the different purchasing details and was comprehensive informing how long delivery would be and special offer of free delivery at the time and he did an excellent job and the Lady was very pleased to get exactly what she wanted as we hadn't intended to buy this particular day and had visited about 4 other furniture stores and was extremely pleased at the price and options of the said model of sofa and chair and also yha it was reduced to it being a new model/range in the shop it al went very well thanks to DARREN

So after writing a bad review I get a response on here from scs to email them and they'd sort it out I emailed and no suprise got no answer Today our 3rd sofa came The delivery guys weren't told it was an exchange so didn't know they were picking one up They bring in sofa and lever on the console is broken For a £3500 sofa the quality is shocking This is our 3rd sofa in 12mths and this one's broken too The one that was taken back was so badly made the driver said he wouldn't leave that one because of health and safety Wish we could just get our money back and go elsewhere Ref KDC-856-671

We found the sofa in the Stoke-on-Trent store that we wanted and delivery was made the following week due to it being an ex-display model. Dealt with in a polite and respectful manner and kept up to date with all delivery days and time. Delivery guys were great and placed sofa exactly where I asked it to go.

Bought 2 sofas, Irene was most helpful and down to earth. Could’ve sat on my new sofa all day and spoke to her! She made sure she knew exactly what we wanted and gave us every option possible and was very patient

The deliver was fantastic they kept me up to date on when delivery was going to be and mark give me a ring to tell me what time they would be arriving they had respect for my property they covered entrance with cover as it was muddy out side put the sofa together put were I wanted it to very politely men thank you Mark and Rice

Now I have my Settee’s, I’m very happy.
The interest free deal meant I spent a lot more than I planned to, but it’s a very nice La-z-Boy.
I asked for delivery not before January, they tried to deliver in December.
I called the support line and the wait time was 817 minutes. That’s 13 hours! Longer than the support line was open.
I ended up calling sales , Samantha helped me, pushed the delivery to 2025, but I still got auto messages saying it was going to be delivered in December. Very stressful as we were in USA.
It all worked out fine, settee was delivered by two lovely guys yesterday. Martin and Nath.
So I can say they were nice in the store, the support is suspect, the delivery guys were great and the settee is lovely.
A bit more stress than I’d like, but all ended well.
