Good communication before the delivery date and on the day of delivery.Rang to say what time to expect them and kept to it.The two men were very polite and professional. Very pleased with the service overall.

Really pleased with my sofa
Really pleased with my sofa. Good style choices and extensive colour options. Great customer service from the manager in store at Fenton to the delivery drivers who were very polite and respectful of my property. Would definitely recommend

Fabulous…
The assistant was very friendly upon entering the store, and, she was extremely helpful too. Told me everything I needed to know to help find my perfect sofa.. which I did. Only downside is the delivery waiting time, BUT, if you want something decent and not just knocked up thenI suppose you have to wait ☺️

From ordering the sofas to the delivery…
From ordering the sofas to the delivery has been great. The day of my delivery was perfect, I received a call in the morning with an update, tracking was good. The delivery men were very polite and professional. No mess. I am very pleased with my sofas and the service from start to finish.
