Delivery efficient friendly service, informed & delivered in time frame

I like the no presur aproch, helpful after sales, perhaps you could do with an emergency disposal plan for disabeled cotomers such as myself, but in the main an enjoyable transaction The delivery staff great

Excellent contact with the company for delivery and time. The men werr very polite and caring and put my furniture in the correct ppsition and connected up and checked the recliners.

This company is brilliant polite and a pleasure to have done business with, delivery was spot on nothing is to much trouble . Will definitely be using again

My son took my delivery up to the sofa being fitted it was fine but it was left not fitted together correctly and they took no accountability said call the shop !! Obviously it’s was a Saturday and a bank holiday weekend so I got no reply !!
I’m sure it will be sorted but I work away and have to arrange someone to be there 😢
I must add the store staff were great, delivery service was early ( maybe they should have waited a bit longer to fit it correctly) The delivery guys just made themselves unaccountable for the bad fitting of the soda

So far so good, excellent service by Ade in the Stoke on Trent branch when making the initial purchase.
Just waiting for it to be made now.

Warm meeting, friendly and knowledgeable staff. What stopped me selecting 5 stars is that the computer was down. So it took longer to order what I wanted. So spent longer in the shop.

I was called to give me an eta an hour before,and they arrived early!
The chaps were pleasant and efficient.
Took all the packaging away with them .

The experience in store was amszing. The manager was so helpful.I cannot fault them at all.
However the fitters let the company down. They put the wrong back section in the wrong side and had to force it out using a spoon- resulting in the two sides of the recliner not matching up! The leg wasn't screwed in properly and the back wasn't fixed so it wobbles!

Staff at the store are always very helpful and knowledgeable with the needs of the customer and would fully recommend the store.

Excellent from showroom to delivery and assembly.

The experience in the showroom went quite smoothly it was the delivery end that stank along with damage to the 2 seat covers.
I received an e-mail the day before delivery stating that the product would arrive between 08.00 and 08.30, well it eventually arrived much closer to midday with no explanation or apology,
Watching the so called delivery guys virtually push my sofa of the back of the truck did not leave with any good feelings.
The guys dumped the 2 sofa's and quickly scarpered leaving me to unpack all the wrapping and assemble myself.
I suppose they helped a little as the protective wrapping was wripped exposing one corner of the sofa.
Removing all the wrapping exposed damage to 2 seat cushions as they both had abrasions running across both them.
I am awaiting contact from the company via email as it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone that includes the sales team in the shop who said they could not help
