Currently good, awaiting delivery. Shop service was not rushed. Helpful and patient.
Did feel obliged to take the insurance when purchasing at the end of the day.
Be certain in your decision as only 24 hours to cancel if change of mind once papers are signed.

From the help, advice and professionalism we received in the shop right up to the delivery day, which there again, from the first message keeping us up to date, was second to none. Receiving a phone call on the morning from Josh, made it even more efficient. Josh and Joshua, the delivery guys were polite, professional and smart.

I was kept well informed about the delivery including the time slot. I wasn’t home for the delivery but my friend that was there for me said the delivery crew handled the delivery excellent. Now I’m home sitting on the most comfortable furniture thank you for an excellent and easy experience.
