Excellent sofa, delivery was on time

The salesman left who alone after a brief initial welcome. He only interacted with us once we had a short list. His knowledge helped us to choose the right sofa for us. The quality, workmanship and colour choices are second to none. Just desperate for them to arrive now!

From the day we walked into the store to browse we were treated with respect and given excellent advice and guidance. Exploring the store was simple with its clean tidy layout and then offering a wide range of different products. The staff were lovely and once we picked a sofa everything was explained and easy. The multiple different ways to pay was super convenient and allowed us to fully pay off the sofa before it arrived in a way that was convenient to us. We were given clear updated on when our order was due and the delivery team was just as experienced and helpful as the store staff. They kept me updated, they arrived on time and assembled the sofa took away the rubbish and were friendly and quick and efficient. Start to finish smooth easy experience and the sofa itself is perfect. The quality is insane. I will 100% recommend Poltronesofas anytime!

We visited the shop by chance as I was helping Mum choose a new sofa, which since Dad passed away is the first household purchase she has made without him.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, encouraging her to try out as many as she wanted too, sit on them, lay out, advising on the best posture tips, and supporting with showing various colour and material samples.
They reiterated several times that all sofas can be purchased in different colours, materials and configurations as they are made when ordered.
What wasn’t clear that choosing different materials / colours incurred additional costs - this was only mentioned when paying the deposit.
Mum was asked if she would like the extended cover for £350, and declined, but the salesman insisted on informing us of what was included in this.
Mum continued to decline.
When we went to pay, Mum asked if she could purchase a cleaning pack to treat the leather sofas but was told no, as they were only included in the extra care package.
This seemed ridiculous, as surely the recommended cleaning products are best for the furniture you are selling and I was not able to understand why she could not purchase one.
We are looking forward to her new furniture arriving and her being able to enjoy her purchase comfortably.

The staff were great and got my sofa ready to go much quicker than usual as they went above and beyond to help me.

I visited the Plymouth store looking for a specific sofa that was going to fit my requirements. I was welcomed when I entered the store and left to walk around looking at all the types of sofas. We where informed that as all the sofas where hand built so we could choose any fabric and style which was great. We found what we wanted the sales team where not pushy and it was a relaxed process and we did take the five year insurance makes sense. Free delivery and the over all price was really good. Just waiting now to take delivery in October.

old furniture. This was easily sorted and they actually
took only 10 minutes to do their job efficiently!

Poltrone arrived 2 days later and also successfully moved in the 2 sofas in 10 minutes efficiently!

All very impressive. However, I will rearrange the smaller sofa to go against a wall, as it blocks out
the light from the window. Very pleased overall!

All went well from when we ordered our sofa and chair to when we received it.
When it was being delivered we were amazed how we were kept in touch with the guys on the journey down to Devon. They were very efficient at putting it together all in all a great experience.

The delivery was a little early but that wasn’t a problem. The delivery men put everything together and took away all the packaging.
