Everything was amazing. Received email confirmation before delivery date. Confirmation text for the time of delivery. Call from the delivery team that they were able to attend earlier and checked if this was okay.
When they attended, they checked to ensure that they were able to negotiate the stairway. Once everything was put together and in place, they checked that everything was working and explained the placement of the furniture. It looks great and is so comfortable. They took no more than 30 minutes to complete everything. Thanks for an excellent service from our first visit to the store, placing the order, to the delivery, a great experience

Sofa been collected after 9 months.
Save yourself a big headache and do not purchase from this terrible company. How they have got so many 5 star reviews is beyond me. Had the seats re done 3 times lumber heat button replaced misalignment on the seats, leather creased very uncomfortable, bought as have bad back but it’s a lot worse now sitting on that sofa.
After 3 inspections and repairs have been given a refund.
All I can say is do your research before you buy, there is a scs Facebook page that is well worth a look at and you can make your own mind up. wish I had found it before I bought mine.
These sofas are NOT made in Italy as stated they are made in China very cheap quality materials are used.
How this company is still trading I don’t know.

All the staff in shop want is you purchase for their commission,customer service is terrible, and emmeria their technicians work for them.
Delivery was a 12 week wait and thrown together when it arrived with drivers moaning how far they had to come.
I have bought from scs in the past that is reason I returned.

The staff were so helpful, and friendly. Left us to browse, and I found the perfect sofa. Fantastic price in the sale. Very quick delivery time. Will definately be recommending them to family and friends.

Extremely disappointed — delivery team refused to do the job, and the Elite + Care Kit is missing

We ordered a Protonesofa to be delivered to a specified room with assembly and removal of packaging included. Three delivery men arrived but before unloading they walked through the house, appeared uninterested and made a negative first impression. They made no effort to carry the sofa in, immediately said it “wouldn’t fit,” and abandoned the job without even trying — despite me explaining we already have a larger sofa that came through the same door. The sofa and packaging were left piled in our garage.

Later that day my son, a friend and I managed to carry the very heavy sofa into the house, unpack, assemble it, and remove all the packaging ourselves. This is the complete opposite of the service we paid for. The sofa itself is fine, but the delivery experience was unacceptable. I expected professional, honest delivery and assembly; instead we were left to do the work. Do not rely on their delivery team to fulfill the service agreement.

Once the driver managed to find us the experience was very good, they brought the settees to the rooms required.

We were really impressed with our visit to the store yesterday! It was neat, tidy, and we were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. We’d been to two other stores already, but this was where we found exactly what we were looking for—a fantastic three-seat sofa and a power recliner armchair.
​This was all down to a gentleman named Jack, who was absolutely lovely. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest, but was incredibly helpful. It felt like he was truly helping us buy rather than just trying to sell us something, which we really appreciated. Because of Jack’s excellent service, we happily made the purchase. We visited your store three times. The first visit on 18th June, we found Nirmala was so helpful and patient , she certainly knew your stock and as I am disabled ensured we could use the lift to access the upper floor to look at suitable reclining sofas. I wasn't sure whether to purchase the 2 or 3 seat version so having been given measurements of 3 seater..I already had the 2 seat version after visiting your website.. I left to check what would best fit my living room. Having returned the following Thursday (25th) we saw Helen as it was Nirmalas day off, and decided to purchase the 3 seater version . On both visits I emphasized I would be unable to use an electrical outlet to power the reclining seats and was assured I could fit an Electric Recliner Battery With Power Adapter. However, on reading through all the paperwork I had been emailed, I discovered that it was stated not to used either an Extension Lead or 3rd Party Electrical Components with my sofa in your "Instructions for Use and Maintenance " paperwork. Extremely worried, we returned the next day and saw both Steve and Nirmala , Steve, having contacted you by phone, then assured me as he then provided an Electric Recliner Battery With Power Adapter from your showroom (same as those used to power the same sofa in the showroom,) to my Order all would be well . As I am a disabled Pensioner on a limited income, buying an expensive purchase like this, it is very important to me that I am checking all is covered by the Insurance etc I have also added to my order. All the staff, particularly Nirmala , proved to be efficient, knowledgable and showed excellent Customer Service at your Plymouth showroom. I have no hesitation in recommending SCS to friends and family . In fact, so impressed by the help and patience shown by Nirmala I bought her some flowers to thank her! I now await delivery of my new purchase!!...Thank you.
