Excellent service. Items arrived a month ahead of original expected delivery and put together by delivery men who arrived early. The whole process was excellent from start to finish, from purchasing to delivery. Definitely 5 stars would highly recommend.

On Sunday we visited lincoln store and we were met by very friendly Brian, he explained what we needed to know and then left us alone to decide. Glad to say we picked out a lovely suite, Brian then came along and went over all we needed to know, perfect from beginning to end. Brian is a very professional and pleasant member of staff. Thank you.

Pleasant, helpfull staff and I found just what I was looking for

Sales lady was very pleasant and helpful.
We were kept up to date about the delivery and the driver rang to let us know the exact time. The delivery men were polite and assembled the settee and chair. They took away all the rubbish. Can certainly recommend SCS

Made us feel comfortable and not one bit of pressure to buy Jayne understood our needs and guided us through the process with the help of chase who started the process until Jayne had finished with a customer. The only thing I would say is that I have had a thank you email but nothing to say what we’ve bought or paid as it’s all done digital.

Delivery wasn’t at the time specified but we understand traffic etc …. Delivery was 2 1/2 hours later than expected

Two crew members who delivered one was AWESOME and did everything to make it work…the other…well I guess you can’t have everything

We have visited many sofa companies and by far Poltronesofa was the best. We were not leapt on as soon as we arrived so did not feel pressurised. We were left to view the sofas and when we needed help or advice the assistant was there. She made us feel welcome, not under any pressure and offered information on things we had not thought about like different fabrics and how they move etc.

Visited the SCS Lincoln branch and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The sales team were friendly, patient, and helpful without being pushy at all, which made choosing our sofa much easier and more enjoyable.

The quality of the furniture is excellent. We did have to wait a little while for delivery, but good things are worth waiting for. Our sofa has finally arrived and we absolutely love it — comfortable, stylish, and well worth the wait.

Good experience from going into the shop updates regarding delivery.
Delivery was excellent both lads were great arrived on time.

Brian was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the products available. He recommended the accidental cover which we took as we wanted the peace of mind of knowing the recliner motor would be covered. Superb service, he offered refreshments which were very welcome that day! Just a shame the rug wasn’t for sale as my mother had fallen in love with it!

Fine line between customer service advisors offering too much attention and not enough, greeted well then when I needed some assitance felt like a mild inconvenience. Didn't have to sell to me, feel I bought an item and was not sold an item.....
