We visited the store in Kirkcaldy, Fife and the young lady who assisted us was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She was there if we had any questions but wasn’t overbearing or following us or anything, she had the perfect mix of being near by but not being intrusive in any way, she was able to answer any question we had and was very well versed on every sofa.

Everything was easy and smooth

A great shopping experience at Poltronsofa Kirkcaldy. We were a bit anxious at first when trying to decide which new sofa and chairs to buy. There were so many good offers and a great many fabrics to choose from. However we browsed the range without being pressured by sales assistants but at the same time friendly staff were always on hand to answer fully our many questions. We really appreciated the assistance and professional manner of Sarah who made this shopping experience stress free and guided us through the purchase process with ease and ensured we were entirely happy with all aspects of our purchase. We would highly recommend this company.

Although the sofa was reasonably priced the delivery charge and waiting time for receiving the sofa were too big. The price of the sofa should include any delivery charges as it gives a false impression of the cost of buying a sofa. Plus the one I picked had a label saying that there was an extra £100 off the marked price off £399 but this was untrue as it still cost £399 plus £126 delivery charge.

From the moment we walked into the store, till the moment we walked out again (with a new sofa) we were welcomed, smiled at and put at ease. We really felt welcomed and our sales assistant (I forget her name - Tracey? ) was so friendly, unassuming and professional. We didn't feel pressurised or uncomfortable). Product range was vast, simple to negotiate and well arranged. Loved it!

My Dad ordered leather reclining chair. It arrived on time, two delivery men were lovely, put it exactly where we wanted it. Its a beautiful chair.

Lovely relaxed feeling in the shop with people on hand to help with being pushy. Great selection of both furniture and choice of materials and colours .

Kept up to date with delivery tracking. Friendly delivery men who were very efficient in installing and setting up recliner chair in sitting room. Really pleased with delivery but have to say not so pleased with high cost of delivery paid.

My sofa was delivered by two exceptionally nice young guys, they did an excellent job, getting it into my room and unwrapping and setting it up. They gave me a demo on working the electrics. All wrapping was removed and they were really respectful and pleasant. The sofa itself is stunning and excellent quality, very comfortable too. When I visited the store in Kirkcaldy the staff were efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. An all round highly satisfactory experience. Highly recommend purchasing from this store as the range and styles are superb and it was a pleasure to buy from them.
