Very friendly staff, welcoming store and the scent when you enter the store is fantastic. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful to assist us to make our final decision after looking for a sofa for more than 18 months

We went on the recommendation of our Daughter who had themselves had purchased sofas from them, and to be fair .
Looking at the costs of some sofas I had looked at on line I will admit I wasn't sure,my Wife would say I think would be I'm tight !!?.
I soon found out that the Staff could not be faulted at all in fact they were 100% I was so pleasantly surprised and we soon found what we had wanted all along.
It was the best services I think we have ever had, having to wait till October for delivery but for a hand made is a small price to pay.
My total appreciation goes to all the staff who helped us, a massive thank you to all.

I received an email from SCS starting with “now that you have received your new suite, I hope you are sitting comfortably “and can leave a review!
Well here goes!
The suite was delivered by a contract company in a white van not the nice company vans you see on tv.
The contract delivery men were clearly rushing to deliver and put our suite together and test the power recliners.
When asked if they had training in assembling suites they said “no , we just Wing it “
Clearly the case!. They left us with a suite that was not properly assembled and had not read the assembly instructions.
They did not zip the backs to the seats as per the instructions. They did not fit 4 of the feet gliders we payed extra for and worse of all they did not connect the sofa together properly. Both ends of the sofa were only fastened on one anchor point and so when we moved the sofa it split apart!!
Now for the sofa it’s self . Two ends of sofa seats had been stitched badly causing puckering.
Apart from that it’s a nice suite.
Don’t fall for all the tv hype about “Italian suites “ . They may be designed in Italy but are made in Malaiser!! and delivered by contractors. If you purchase from SCS

Great lads friendly and polite really nice to talk to, it was so hot yesterday but nothing was too much trouble for them , they kept us informed of times they would be here great lads from start to finish I hope they enjoyed their cornetto ice cream

Nothing was too much trouble , no pressure salesmanship - finalised the matter after a helpful discussion with Paul who was most courteous in dealing with the matter . I would be recommending the shop my friends and returning in the future should I need anything else .

Lovely well lit spacious showroom ,lovely greeting as we entered were left on our own to browse, found what we were looking for. The lady who served us was great full of helpful information and made our purchase very easy.

A knock on the door, after receiving a text message that they where on their way, showed them where I want the Settees, brought in and positioned in the place indicated tested that all was working correctly, given instructions of care and how to use the buttons on the side of chairs, Two Gentlemen, very pleasant need more people like those, would not have a cup of tea, as they were very busy 10 more drops to do at least 5 Star rating.
