My mum come in to see about sofa staff members was fantastic took time to explain everything told her there was no rush just great

The delivery crew were outstanding and I would not fault them however it was ridiculous that after 4 months of waiting for the sofa that you somehow managed to deliver a corner sofa that was the incorrect way with right side cornering not left as ordered. Now I need to await more drama to find out what you are going to do about it. Ridiculous considering I paid near 3k cash for it back in March!!

Staff in store cannot fault, very helpful and ready to please and deserved a 5 star. Service was excellent even on a change of the order.
DELIVERY, was really disappointing! Given a date for delivery by email and time between 7.00 and 12.00. Told I would get an email on the day of delivery, which I received saying it would be delivered between 09.45 and 10.05. Waited in all day and at 12.17 i received a message to say, due to sickness and diarrhea absence, my suite would not be delivered on that day and would have to go back to warehouse and a new delivery date/time would be emailed to me. I would have thought if that was the case then I could have been notified early in the morning when absence occurred.
I also have a £50 credit since purchasing my suite when the change occured on my order and, to date, have not heard anything about the refund going back to my account (purchased in April). Warehousing and delivery seems to not come up to the standard of the staff in the shop. This happened to me on 9/7/2026 and has really put me off purchasing from this company in the future.

However, the time delay in receiving the item was quite significant, luckily we were not in a rush! I would hesitate to use the insurance plan we have taken on fear that it could also be a timely process.

No hard sell. Just advice on sofa ticket details and lead times. The sales guy we discussed everything with was very professional and reassuring about the products for sale. Very down to earth and approachable. We were comfortable with this approach.

We were warmly greeted and given a brief layout of the store and what the tags meant which were attached to the sofas which was very helpful. We were left to explore on our own for a while without any pressure. When the sales person did join us, he asked if we had any questions or if he could help in any way again without applying any pressure. We were promised an email with all the information required on a particular sofa we were interested in but not ready to commit to at that stage. The email came very promptly and included all the information that we required. When we did return to the store a few days later, we were again greeted warmly and were accommodated with more help and information needed before making a decision. We were very clearly told of the process and waiting times.
We received 1st class customer service and I would have no problem recommending this store.

Was not pounced on as soon as we entered shop however once we showed intrest in settees manager came over.we decided to purchase settees was told it would be next day delivery but later told it would take a week, also a bit rail loaded into taking out insurance that I didn't want. .
