Extremely friendly and knowledgable member of staff - and no pressure! Beautiful selection , clean shop which also smells nice!

Sofas arrived and I reckon they are the wrong colour.I have submitted an after delivery form awaiting response.
Despite spending over £4000 on my suites the shop were unable to give me a material sample to allow me to decorate and carpet my living room to match the sofas.
Delivery was fine.

The men were quick and fast and did not damage anything , they were helpful polite and knew what they were doing...careful and respectful with a positive attitude.

Staff are very helpful and gave us plenty of time to consider and giving advices

Delivery guys delivered the sofa with minimal fuss.

It was very friendly and professional, I was looked after by the salesman throughout my visit.
The only one thing I would suggest is they have a coffee machine on site, I would assume for the customer so it would be a nice touch to offer coffees to them, I had to ask both times I visited, but as i said it was a very pleasant experience and I did purchase a sofa and chair.

I am absolutely disappointed with the delivery experience I’ve had. I originally received a text confirming that my order would be delivered on 4th August, so I arranged annual leave from work specifically to be home for it. Then, out of nowhere, I received another message saying the delivery had been moved to 11th August.

I wasn’t able to take another annual leave day, so I phoned the delivery company for help — and the person I spoke to was shockingly rude. I was told they had no Monday or Saturday delivery slots for the entire month of August, which already seems unreasonable. When I asked if September was possible, I was told that wasn’t an option either.

At this point, I genuinely don’t know what they expect customers to do. I’ve already lost a day of annual leave, I’ve tried to be flexible, and I’ve been met with zero solutions and an unprofessional attitude. This has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever had.

Pleased from the start guys left us to wander around store with out feeling we were being pounced on every 5mins, good selection of sofas seen one I liked, came back next day to choose colour and ordered was also pleased with free delivery

The delivery boys were very good made sure everything worked very polite and funny a credit to your company

Lads who delivered the settee were very helpful and efficient.Only drawback was how long it took to get the settee from the factory.
