Shaun and Aaron were very good and explained everything.

The guys delivering the sofa’s I have no problem with, they done what they are paid to do. Deliver and set up, take packaging etc away, perfect!
The none electric sofa ….perfect
The electric recliner works one side but not the other side of the 3 seater sofa. As there is more to this sofa than just a recliner, we were told that we would be told of the app to work everything would be given on delivery………no information given. Only item we got was the fabric care kit.
Now having to wait for a technician to arrange a visit to hopefully fix a brand new sofa. And chase up what the app is. Not a good finish to what was a good experience up to this point.
To say it’s disappointing is an understatement

Efficient delivery, wore over boots so didn’t mark the carpet , delivered early and quickly unpacked and installed. Salesman who took our order was perfect as well , very informative and gave us loads of options.

The older delivery man made my daughter feel uncomfortable as she over heard him say “we can’t be doing this shit! We need to tell them if it don’t fit it we ain’t doing it”

Raz was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us find our dream sofa. Thank you Raz for our spectacular visit.

The only issue I had with the delivery was that they showed up 1 hour earlier from the earliest time i was told without calling / texting me to let me know this would be the case. Usually not much of an issue, but when it was only a happy coincidence that I managed to leave work an hour earlier than I was going to so that I could be home for the original delivery time then it's an issue. As I could guarantee I'd have been recharged for a redelivery.

I can’t comment on delivery or quality of product as we have only just purchased our sofas.
The customer service was above and beyond.
From our first visit (just to view) AJ was welcoming, informative and not pushy at all. Our second visit and AJ remembered us, we were offered coffee on both occasions. Very happy with everything and we made a great purchase. Both AJ and Nathan treated us with the utmost courtesy and respect.

From the time of ordering to delivery, we were kept up to date.
The recliner 2 seater settee and recliner chair are perfect and good quality.
The 2 delivery chaps were great, telephoned to say how far away they where, polite and very helpful

Amazing knowledge and expertise from Raz and AJ at Bedford store - we had visited a couple of branches of SCS but we came back to Bedford as we felt Raz’s service was best suited for us - we came back and dealt with AJ amazing swift service!! Our experience with ScS Sofas has been exemplary from start to finish, from ordering with Christopher in the Bedford Store to the delivery men today. ScS keep you well informed of delivery date and times, even tracking and we found these all to be accurate. Both delivery men unwrapped our order and took wrapping away, screwed feet into place on sofa and armchair and left a furniture care package too. We would definitely recommend ScS to anybody as we cannot fault them.

Great service deliver was faultless great delivery team

I received emails, text messages well in advance of the delivery date as well as on the day. The drivers phoned 30 mins before delivery and turned up dead on time.
On arrival they checked access route to final resting place of the furniture.
The drivers were polite , friendly and moved the furniture with care. They cleared up all the packaging and took it away.
Overall I was very pleased with the delivery and the whole experience. Excellent service, well done ScS and delivery drivers!

The seats on the couches we received are smaller than the one in-store plus, after only one week, the seats are sagging and will not go back into shape. I sent three requested before I got a reply. All I want is to cancel the order as is my right. Watch this space!

The salesman was very helpful and patient as we made our decision. Delivery was a week later than anticipated on an already lengthy scheduled delivery.

The delivery team were excellent, polite, cheerful and helpful. They moved our old sofa into the conservatory with a smile.

The delivery was on time and around the date that was expected. Even thought we ordered it roughly 3 months ago. The drivers were very good and friendly in deed and explained how the electric and chairs were put together etc. There is an issue with one of the chairs metal steady/floor bracket but this was pointed out to me and was assured he reported this and someone will come a fix it soon. I found no problem with this just waiting now to hear.
